I had my husband call Matt to try and negotiate a lower price on our estimate. Instead Matt yelled at my husband to "come get your doors!" and slammed the phone down on him. We called our contractor to pick up our doors and when he did Matt was hostile and screaming profanities at him. My contractor did not accept the doors because they were damaged beyond repair. Remembered Glassman to the Rescue when I was doing windows research in the past. They had tons of 5 star Yelp reviews, which is why they were at the top of my contact list. Texted Nancy (the "glass girl" and wife of the Glassman) and she responded very quickly. Carlos the Glassman was able to stop by the same day (within the hour!) and taught me about how to keep the older windows lubricated. He sprayed on some magic stuff and wow, they were like brand new! He could have easily replaced parts and suggested new valances to make more money but he was honest with me and said that new valances would have issues in the future too.
