I had a minor problem with ants in 2 small areas of my home, along the same wall. What they did for me did not stop the ants from coming in. I had to go outside and saturate both those areas with the Ortho's Home Defense to stop the ants from getting in. I sprayed along the baseboard on the inside twice a week and that worked. You cannot break your contract if you are not satisfied with their work. They offer to send someone back out to remedy the problem, but three times and it didn't help.
