Consumers and businesses should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company…read more FirstFin Credit's business model relies on originating high-risk, high-fee consumer loans, then selling delinquent accounts to third-party debt buyers. When those accounts turn out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or legally defective, debt buyers walk away and delete them to avoid liability. That is exactly what happened in my case. Despite my husband's account being terminated, deleted by the debt buyer, and legally no longer existing, FirstFin Credit / First National Bank of Pasco continues to report the account to the credit bureaus under their own name. This is not a misunderstanding -- it is a refusal to take responsibility for defective data they created. Even more concerning: * Employees become defensive when questioned * Calls are abruptly terminated instead of addressed professionally * The company insists it can continue reporting accounts it no longer owns or has legal authority over This behavior harms consumers and exposes any business or investor working with them to unnecessary legal risk. Once a debt buyer deletes an account due to inaccuracies, the original furnisher cannot lawfully continue reporting it as if it still exists. This company operates under the assumption that consumers won't challenge them. That assumption is wrong. Regulatory complaints have already been filed, and accountability will follow. If you are a consumer, lender, investor, or collection agency considering working with FirstFin Credit -- do your due diligence.

FORCED TO GIVE A STAR otherwise they would have gotten no stars! I have been a Wells Fargo…read morecustomer since 2016 this past week I have tried to deposit checks through the mobile app and on 3 different days I was told on app i needed to go to bank. So I called and each time I got the run around. I go into bank deposit checks and tell the teller and she just looked at me like I had 3 heads and said "oh really". Well tonight my daughter tried to mobile deposit a check into her account and got the same exact error message. So two different accounts 4 different checks from 4 different banks and yet when called they said we don't understand why you can't! Well wouldn't you think you might want to notify tech support And let them know there might be an issue! like my father once said incompetent people that don't properly do their job because they don't care! I will give them a week to figure it out or I will be changing to a different bank!

I recently went to this bank to get a roll of quarters. I approached the teller and explained that…read moreI was from out of town and was staying in Zephyrhills for a month and that needed to change a $10 bill for s roll of quarters. She asked if I had an account with Wells Fargo and I told her that I did not. She then told me that she could not change the $10 bill because it was against bank policy. I asked for the reasoning behind such a policy but she just replied "it is against bank policy. What are banks for then? Isn't a $10 bill legal currency? Will never set my foot in a Wells Fargo bank again.

So, I went to Chase in Zephyrhills for an interview with Caroline who supposedly is the branch…read moremanager. My interview was scheduled for 10a in which I arrived at 950a. I was advised to sit in the waiting area because she was on a call. I waited to about 1010a when she finally called me in. We sat down for not even 30 seconds and she left the office to greet incoming customers. And the customers just kept coming in and she kept helping. Then she came to the office where I was in and said we're going to interview on the floor while helping customers. So I thought well this is different and I was excited for it and we ended up helping customers for a while. Then I noticed it was already an hour into the interview and I had only been asked one question and told about the position. It felt like she was just using me to help customers because she wasn't staff enough and couldn't delegate to her team which was really disappointing. At this point, I was honestly annoyed because I wasn't being interviewed, she was helping customers as was I because I wanted to show my customer service skill set. And the customers just kept coming in. So we went back to the office after she spoke to the customers that had come in. (Mind you none of her other employees were greeting and helping customers on the floor which tells me she cannot delegate enough to conduct a decent interview. I was highly disappointed because she did not respect my time for the interview and I had prepared the night before and was super excited because my phone interview went so well.) After we went to the office, she then stepped out again to check on customers. She asked me to come with her into the break room to make coffee for a customer and while we were in there she was again staring at the camera to see if people where being helped in which they weren't. Not to mention when she made the coffee the top fell on the floor and she still proceeded to put the top on the coffee cup instead of grabbing a new one. I was takin back by her lack of consideration for germs. We went back on the floor gave the customer the coffee and I went back in the office so we could finish what wasn't even started. That's not the worse part. There was a gentleman there waiting to I guess make a transaction and he saw me sitting in the office and he asked had I been waiting long and I told him I'm actually in an "interview". And he said oh ok and that's when Caroline came back to the office and introduce us cause he actually worked for chase as well and was about to retire. She then suggested I interview with him and in my head I was like what is wrong with this lady. So I went along with it because I afraid that I wouldn't be considered. At this point, I was so upset however I wanted to impress. So he asked me questions and made me feel so uncomfortable as if I wasn't competent enough for the job. I told him my goals if hired and he shut down every future goal I had mentioned if I were to be hired. He then said they would never consider you for some positions because of the experience I don't have. I wasted another 40 mins of my time and didn't accomplish anything. It was the MOST HORRIBLE INTERVIEW I had ever had. Caroline was so desperate to get her numbers up with surveys that she couldn't delegate or conduct an interview. She even chased a couple down outside the doors so that she wouldn't lose their business. I never thought I would have this kind of experience. What was supposed to be a 30min interview turned into an hour and 40mins only to not be interviewed, rejected, and not given the respect I deserved as a potential employee. The way she conducted herself was truly disappointing considering I have managerial experience, I would never ever make someone come into an interview if I didn't have the time to interview them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I would never recommend anyone to work at this branch with this type of management.
