5 Stars for great customer service (to a non-customer!)…read more I needed to get a check endorsed by the bank (long story), and realized there was a branch location right near me in Mills Park. First thing to note is this is a limited location. It doesn't have tellers, but has bank representatives who can help you in many ways. Mike welcomed us and got started helping us out. There are comfy chairs to wait while things get done in the background. Though we were there for an unusual reason, Mike was super responsive and found a solution. Even though we were not account holders, nor were we looking to open an account at PNC, the level of customer service was top notch. Overall a great and efficient experience!

I have been a long-time customer of Chase. I was with Washington Mutual when Chase acquired Washington Mutual and just stayed with Chase. I travel a lot for work and have stopped at countless Chase locations. I have never had a negative experience and I can say that my experience at this particular Chase was an overall positive experience. Parking was not an issue and the staff here were friendly and professional. The bank itself has a pleasant ambiance and only added to my overall experience. I will give this particular Chase location five stars and it definitely earned my recommendation. As I said, I am a long-time client of Chase and overall, I have never had an issue with this financial institution.

Bank lines literally don't exist here. I've never waited more than a minute for help. The chase private client services officers are friendly and helpful. I come here for printed checks since I don't buy checks anymore. It's $2 for one or for a whole page so you might as well get the whole page. There are 3 on a page. They called me to let me know that I had no beneficiaries on my account. I had no idea! So I went in to fix that. I didn't have an appointment but they took care of me within minutes. I was impressed. Otherwise, the chase app has a way to deposit checks and transfer money, so I don't have to go to the branch often. But they're here and they're friendly if I ever do need something.

Ive been going to this amscot for years. He does overtime and sends us money in the morning so he can go sleep after his double shift. Tanya has had the audacity to ask us on the 1st of the month and through the 10th of the month about what bills we have to pay. She gave us a pamphlet but nowhere in the pamphlet does it say she should ask what the money is for. I have to pay my rent and other bills and this woman had the nerve to stall us and even laugh when we were telling her that she was discriminating us for. My dad has been married to my mom for over 42 years and has consistently sent my mom money to help her pay the bills because my mom and I take care of our bipolar and autistic brother, her son who has special needs. She cant work, is about to retire and my dad helps her pay the bills. I said I had the proof of my bills on my phone and she asked to see them. Like, in what world does a transaction of westetn union require so much. And then she, in an authoritative way, said all amscots would do the same. I had to go to another spot and they said that what we went through is odd because western union does the heavy lifting of questions to the sender. No questions were asked about what the money was for at the other establishment. and Tanya claims she was asked why we were receiving high amounts of money in the 1st of the month but the lady who helped me in another western union place DID not. While we were dealing with Tanya, a girl named Lulu, I think came to give cheap excuses and were trying to stall us, for what, i dont know. My mom has been receiving western union from my dad for years. And its always for bills and groceries. Everything we went through with Tanya, I recorded and im appalled by her cynicism and blatant lies. We are a Latino family who has lived in altamonte springs for over 20 years. I dont know what her deal was but she lied through her teeth. And she needs to not judge, because we have an autistic and bipolar man to take care of and our life isnt easy.
