    I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 31- years. Through mortgages, building a new home using cash…read morein my accounts, car loans and college tuitions for my kids. WELLS FARGO IS THE WORST BANK FOR CUSTOMER USAGE, PERIOD. I have said 100 times in the last 5- years I was dumping WELLS FARGO but then the overwhelming task of changing my savings, checking and money market accounts was such an overwhelming job I kept putting it off. Until the next time of STUNNINGLY lack of customer service, on any level~ Following are real issues with the bank, think very carefully before signing up with them. There is a reason WELLS FARGO is offering big money incentives to new customer. 1) They no longer have AMERICAN based customer service people on their phones outside of normal business hours. Think sketchy / static phone connections with people who barely speak English and are located in the Philippines or worse. They will read from a script, can seldom help you especially if your issue is not a standard on their list situation. Example ~ 2) In 6- months an unknown entity from China / Russia has put 7-10 charges through using my debit card number, totaling $650.00. This of course overdraws my checking account. I have enough money in my savings to cover overdraft situations however WELLS FARGO does not automatically transfer the money, causing my auto pay people that have my card on file (FPL, AT&T, My mortgage company; my car insurance and 15- others, to BOUNCE. 3) WELLS FARGO cancels your debit / charge card without notice to you, further bouncing any charge made by authorized companies AND rendering you without access to your money, because~ 4) WELLS FARGO will send out a replace debit / charge card, which takes 7-10 business days for the card, and 7-10 days for a new PIN number THEY ASSIGN. For 7-10 business days you will not have access to your money unless you go to the branch and take out cash. While you can pay for Fed-Ex to get your card sooner, THE ENVELOPE WITH THE PIN NUMBER SHIPS SEPARATELY AND WELLS FARGO CANNOT SEND THAT ANY SOONER THAN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. While you are waiting almost 2- weeks you do not have access to your money, or, any company you have set up for auto pay in your account IS DENIED PAYMENT, AND THEY CHARGE YOU AN OVERDRAFT FEE. 5) Due to these charges, which CAME FROM WELLS FARGO to begin with, you are left without access to your money, every entity you've set up for auto pay is denied, you are billed overdraft charges, and charges from companies whose auto-pay payments were denied. I am currently having to put $767.00 into my checking account to cover fraud charges stolen from my checking account that happened on WELLS FARGO'S END. Not mine. 6) It has been 6.5 HOURS on the phone with their "fraud department", ""customer service", a "supervisor" (but it's really not), with ZERO RESOLUTION and my out of pocket expenses $767.00 plus $190.00 in fraud over draft fees. 7) The closest Wells Fargo branch is 60 miles away, the 3- branches closer to me closed in Florida. 8) WELLS FARGO answer to this UNACCEPTABLE PROBLEM is to use their "Wallet online app". Their app requires an update to use which I cannot use because my devices cannot take their update. Their answer? Buy new, up to date computers. 9) These are not even the least of the problems with WELLS FARGO. I have been fortunate to have enough savings to cover their over $1,000.00 in over draft fees CAUSED BY FRAUD ON THEIR END. DO YOU? HAVE $1,000.00 TO COVER THEIR FRAUD PROBLEMS?

    The location in a plaza near in Port Orange, Fl beside Big Lots. I walked in and some guy was…read moretexting in his phone in the lobby and I thought it was a customer. Come to find out He is the manager and didn't even say hi as he was too busy on his phone laughing at whatever he was looking at! I asked who I needed to get information from and he ignored me and kept looking at his phone. Others were helpful but the manager acted like I was a bother!! Won't go back in this location! You would think Wells learned their lesson about customer service...
