To my knowledge, they only have TWO BRANCHES in our town of ~ 100,000 people. They do have a few ATMs spread around, which does help. Recently, we make a large deposit that was on HOLD for 9 days. We tried to ensure the funds would be credited "quickly" by obtaining a Certified Check from the funds source. No matter . . . still a 9-day HOLD! I've sent complaints via phone twice (phone agents) and via Facebook once (on their 'official' page). No help. The ONLY REASON I'm giving them a "3" rating is because their online bill pay and mobile banking app are convenient.

My mother didn't even have a state employees checking account or do any business with SECU until after i had my loan. Now she's responsible for my debt? She's not my wife. She's not on MY checking account. I think theft has occurred here and I'm not being silent.
