Wow, my first painless experience at a PNC Bank after a long string of torturous experiences (see…read moreprevious review). I was greeted by teller Ashley - friendly and smiling. She knew exactly what I needed done after a quick glance at my documents, took care of it, wished me a great rest of my day and I was on my way. I am stunned by her excellent customer service and hope that Ashley is here to stay.

Teller was very friendly and helpful other than that can't say much about the bankers…read more Apparently they run a graveyard shift with only 2 bankers mid-day to help with basic services like opening an account. Unfortunately, one banker was in his office checking email, the other was helping one man in front of me and another customer was sitting in the lounge. 2 bankers. And apparently they only run with appointments, so dont staff well for walk-in customers. I literally came to give them money and they were unable to help. Additionally, they didn't greet me until I inserted myself into the conversation. Prior I had called to discuss a promotion for opening an act and the banker on the phone fed me incorrect information. Literally, I verified later by calling the 800 number. The representative walked me through each detail as well as that the previous banker must of just been making it up as he went because there were no details remotely similar to what he had told me on the phone. It's kinda awkward for a bank to say they meet your banking needs but don't even have the flexibility to help you open account. Like, why be cheap, just pay for the staff and give your customers a good experience. Simple. I was told to come back tomorrow. Instead I went down the street to CitiBank where I was greeted immediately, they had 5 staff members, and was sitting with a banker in 10 minutes and was done in 15 minutes. Even the branch manager came in and introduced themselves.

They used to deposit my check 2 days early now um lucky to get it on time. Need a replacement card you now get it in the mail. All in the name of security The only reason for 2 stars is that the customer service has always been professional. After 20 years of doing business with td bank i am seriously considering going elsewhere. Not a happy td customer .

I promise you, you are choosing the worst bank and will regret it banking with TD!! Especially this location. THIS EXACT LOCATION will lie to you and try to lure you in to open an account, but they lie about a lot of things!! You are better off banking with Chase or somewhere else. Also, they are broke so even if you deposit a check under $500, you're still going to end up waiting at least two weeks for that money to show on your account. I was told by a banker there, "we borrow money from Bank of America, so when you deposit funds they won't always be there." I've deposited both large and small amounts, and still it's always nonsense. The most unprofessional, unproductive, and useless bank I've ever banked with in general!! Huge regret. 9 times out of 10 you'll be walking into the workers walking around laughing. Do absolutely nothing.

Extremely Frustrated with SCCU's Youth Account Process…read more On May 31st, I registered for a youth account with SCCU for my daughter. At the time of setup, I was clearly informed that I needed to sign the required documents--not my daughter. Naturally, I assumed everything was in order once I fulfilled what was asked of me. Fast forward: we received her debit card and I contacted the credit union to complete the final setup and card activation. My daughter soon left on a church retreat, where her only line of communication was through chaperones. When she attempted to use her card for the first time--it was declined. I tried calling SCCU on Sunday, only to discover that no one works on Sundays. Apparently, life comes to a halt at SCCU on weekends. I contacted customer service first thing Monday morning, only to be told that the account setup was incomplete because some documents weren't signed. I sent in proof that I had signed everything required of me. That's when they dropped the ball again--now claiming my 14-year-old daughter was supposed to sign as well. Let me get this straight: how is a minor with no credit history supposed to be verified, and how is this new requirement not made clear from the start? Now, thanks to SCCU's failure to communicate and their poor setup process, my daughter is away with no money and no access to her account. This is more than an inconvenience--it's unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was told I had to wait for someone to contact me to resolve this. No direct line, no escalation, and apparently no accountability. There's not even a phone number available for the corporate office. If this is how SCCU handles youth accounts and customer support, I can't imagine how they handle anything more complex. Deeply disappointed.

In my opinion Wells fargo is one of the worst banks out there. We have been a business customer…read moreof theirs for 20 years and they still treat us poorly. I could go on for hours about the poor customer service and Inept back office Support we have received over the past 3 to 5 years but instead I will list the highlights. 1. WF was a complete failure helping us obtain PPP funding. We were one of the very first to apply and we still have not been approved nor funded. We have great personal credit and, like I said, a 20 year track record with this bank, and yet no results. When Congress ran out of funding the first time we were told by several different departments in the bank, as well as department heads, that we were "next" and that as soon as funding was approved by Congress for the second round we would be processed. Today I received a letter that that is not true and that Congress has run out of funding a second time while we still remain on the sidelines. We have not even been processed! 2. Recently WF has made it difficult for us to deposit checks from our various insurance payers. I dealt directly with the branch manager, Danielle Smith, at Coral springs and she told me she could not, would not help. I had to go around her to resolve that one with a temporary fix from elsewhere in the bank. 3. They have allowed our previous partner access to our accounts long after the party was removed from the account and we put Wells fargo on notice that they should cease and desist immediately. That issue has since been resolved, however it took us months to get their attention. Like I said, I could go on for hours, however these are my top three of late. My recommendation is that you avoid this bank like the plague and Bank elsewhere. I am going to go local Once the COVID-19 bans are lifted.
