This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I mean the worst ever. I signed up for their service last year, for six lawn treatments, aerating , and over seed. The service techs and applications went fine. Except, I'm not sure how effective any fertilizer or pesticide is when it sprayed on in the pouring rain. I question it... The worst part about this company, is the customer service and the puppy mill of sales reps they have cycling through the business. I literally had three different sales people during the course of the year last year none of which I could get a hold of. The only way to get a hold of anybody is to call the 800 number which is another cluster altogether. So you never really get to talk to the Endicott branch or the sales person that signed you up. But they'll promise you a 35% discount at the drop of a hat. They actually never told me that when you sign up you're signing up for year after year and they automatically came and attempted to spray my lawn again this year. I Immediately called canceled my service, which was another process. I would not recommend TrueGreen lawn service of Endicott, New York to anybody in our area. It will be the worst experience you have. Whatever value the service provides, the company nonsense is not worth it. read more

Trugreen customer service is the worst ever dealt with. No idea what they do.for example I ask about mushrooms in my lawn . When they came to service my lawn , they don't treat mushrooms. Never again let them treat my lawn. Plus I paid ahead for service and they miss me twice this yr (24). read more

Good lawn/shrub techs; however, they missed 6 RE-SCHEDULED visits that had been on their calendar for the first scheduled visit.. A lot of excuses for no shows; the robocalls from Trudy are ridiculous. You can't even call to complain, nor call a local phone number to even see if you're really on their schedule for that day. How can out-of-state people schedule local appointments when you cannot even verify their "local" existence. NOT the company it was. Get rid of the USELESS (800) phone number. I feel sorry for the local manager(s). read more

I am pleased with the service and have seen improvement in my lawn. They text me when they will be coming and he is always pleasant.

I used TruGreen before they were TruGreen. They took care of my lawn for twenty or twenty-five years. I then went with a competitor for a year or two and noticed the difference. I'm back and so is my lawn. The specialist I met, Lonnie Winchester, is extremely professional as well as personable and took the time to answer any questions I've had. He knocked on the door to let us know he would be making the application and was very thorough making that application. read more

We have been using Endicott TruGreen for a few years at our house on Cayuga Lake. We have never met our specialist until today, his name is Ryan Madugno and we want to say he is a very professional, friendly person who truly cares about our landscaping on our property. We are grateful he has been with the company for so many years and our property is on his route. While their product is good, I give them one star because even though we decided to stop using their service, they won't stop coming. Then they send a bill. We call, tell them we no longer want their service, and they come again. This cycle keeps repeating itself. The only Tru thing about them is that they want the Green in your wallet. read more

We don't have a problem with their lawn service, but their marketing is awful! Last spring we decided not to use pesticides, but to just have fertilizer applied because we were concerned about chemicals on our lawn. We received a letter asking us to sign the use of pesticides. Shortly after we began getting robo calls asking to sign the paper and return it. We called the Endicott office several times and were assured that it would be taken care of, but they still came. We called corporate several times and were assured it would be taken care of, still they came. I talked to the people that applied the treatments to our lawn twice and was told it would be taken care of. Last fall we told them that if the calls continued we would not use them this spring. We got more calls in the fall and told them that we wanted to discontinue their service. So far this spring we have received 3 letters selling their services., WE ARE NO LONGER CUSTOMERS and still they come. read more
