However, when we received the business cards, they were not in their normal, form fitting packaging, we became accustomed to. Instead, when we opened the box, the cards were scattered in a larger box. It seemed unprofessional and showed a lack of respect towards the final product. When I brought this to Metro Ink's attention, their response was brief and dismissive.I followed up with the owner of the company which resulted in a day's worth of emails back and forth resulting in no amenable resolution. This experience has lacked a basic level of professionalism and customer relations that anyone would expect from a business.
