She was rushed and told me she was frazzled since she was covering for someone who called off sick and squeezed others in. I ended up with a horrible haircut that will require a baseball hat until it grows out enough to actually trim. I am completely disappointed. My daughter had her hair done as well and she ended up with the highlights on her clothes more than her hair. Some was left in her hair which she had to rinse once we came home.
