When I came to pick them up, they were photo gray lenses. When I received my sunglasses I errored by picking them up and going back to work. I put them on and could see distance, but could not even read my dashboard. Oops again! Most likely, they forgot the bifocals. I was done working with this company. In the end, they gave me some money back, they noted I did not give them TIME TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION, and noted maybe the prescription was wrong! WHAT! YOU JUST DID THE EXAM! They charged my VSP insurance. I am now filing a complaint with the insurance compan.

She was amazing with the kids, got them to do things I could never do. Gave them a thorough assessment and described results in ways I understood. I liked her so much I went back for myself, and received the same type of care. Just outstanding! Recently had a medical emergency where I lost my vision, called Becky, she wasn't available right away and wasn't working in the same town at the time. But end of day, she called me to follow up, and I just thought that was amazing. Thank you so much for being such a strong leader in a small town!
