He agreed to but kept stringing me along when he would be able to make it on out. I kept calling him and asking him when he would be able to address it and he would give me a proposed time frame which kept coming and going. This went on for weeks. He promised me on numerous occasions that he would get to it and then he went on vacation, promising he would address it, immediately, when he got back into town. Well just followed up with him and he won't be able to get to it because he is so back-logged. Thanks, now my grass is knee high and I will need to hire someone else and pay them twice as much money. He is a one man crew, apparently, and can't keep employees. DO NOT use this company if you ever want reliable lawn care.
