She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! The drain had a reflection on the side of the tub! She's literally not even finished but I just couldn't even wait to post a review that's how awesome of a job she did. My home is over 2,000 sq ft and she has been grinding away all day! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service! She's super affordable (in my opinion) and really kind. She's pet friendly too!

Exceptional Service - Truly Grateful I cannot say enough…read moregood things about Kings Home Renovations and the owner, Kameron. From the very beginning, he showed a level of professionalism, compassion, and integrity that is rare to find. Kameron completed flooring and wall repairs in my mother and stepfather's home, and what meant the most to me was how he treated them. As older adults, and with my stepfather being a disabled veteran,it was important that they were not only taken care of, but respected and valued. Kameron and his team did exactly that and more. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why, making sure my parents understood every step. That kind of transparency gave me real peace of mind, especially knowing how vulnerable seniors can sometimes be when dealing with contractors. At no point did I feel like anything was being hidden or taken advantage of,everything was done with honesty and care. Even though I wasn't physically there, Kameron made sure to keep me informed and included throughout the entire process. He communicated consistently, offered thoughtful solutions to issues as they came up, and showed incredible patience, especially when working around my stepfather's appointments and my parents' needs. His crew was just as amazing, respectful, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to help when needed. You could truly feel that they cared, not just about the job, but about the people they were serving. The work was completed in a timely manner without ever feeling rushed, and the quality speaks for itself. But more than anything, I am deeply grateful for the way Kameron treated my family with dignity, compassion, and genuine care. If you are looking for someone you can trust, not just for great work, but to truly look out for you and your loved ones,I highly, highly recommend Kings Home Renovations.

I was really surprised at the professionalism every step of the way. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and knowledgeable about their services and gave me a quote in advance at that time. She also scheduled a time to do it...not a window of time as is the usual for home service visits. And when your garage door won't move your car is either stuck inside or out, so they even offer same day service. Our cars were out so we took the appointment...but the lady called and offered an earlier one if we wanted it.... The service was done by a polite and professional young man (Brian) who took the time to explain the features of the system to me, even though they hadn't put the door in. He replaced the springs methodically but efficiently. The service was a good value. I highly recommend Avallone Door and Iron Works for any garage door work.
