And incredibly clean for a smoky bar! It's so clean its almost surreal. The owner obviously takes great pride in the place and it shows. Well except it looked like Easter had thrown up all over the joint with bunny rabbits adorning every available surface. That part was a little creepy but the well poured drinks and good service made it all better.

The lady bartender couldn't ever remember. it would have been excusable had the been busy, but we were 2 of the 20 people there. Also, it took forever for her to take our beer order. She actually took my order for two Miller Lites, then went over and lit a cigarett, smoked about half and came and asked me what I wanted again. The brought two Bud Lights. I just took the beers because I was afraid it would be the end of the night before we got our beers. The Karaoke was fun and done fairly well. We tipped well, even though the service was not very good. On our second visit we sat at a table and waited for a server, it didn't happen so we left. It's a charming place, but we probably wouldn't go back. We have since found better places in Twin. I'm still giving it three stars.

This is my "regular" bar so bias may be an acceptable word to use for my review haha!…read more The bartenders know who you are as soon as you walk in. The gals are always very polite and kind. I'm sure people could be intimidated when you first walk in as there is quite a few regulars but for the most part everyone keeps to themselves and goes about their business. If you are a smoker than this is the place for you! They allow smoking indoors, at the bar, at the table, wherever! I don't smoke myself but it brings back memories of the nineties and it's not overly smokey, just enough to give off the vibe of a place stuck in time. They do karaoke on Wednesdays and Fridays at nine in the evening. I personally love this the best, as there is never really long waiting times until it's your turn to sing, and boy do I love to belt one out! The karaoke guys always seem to have their sound, and interactions on point! They do not serve traditional food but do have the regular bar snacks including corn nuts! My favorite! This is also one of the least expensive bars I've been to in my life! I can spend $40 including a tip and get picked up from a cab that they will call for you feeling pretty darn good after hours of fun and good company! If you're looking for your local, dim-lit, smokey dive bar than look no further than The Log! You'll become family!
