This session included acupuncture and something I've not experienced before ,cupping. Wow, it felt so good when she was sliding the cups over my tight hurting muscles . Like a deep massage but better as it seemed to get deep into the sore muscles. She also used cupping where my PHN pain (post shingles) is and I think it helped relieve some of the excruciating pain. I'm returning again in a week as I felt so relaxed after wards. I recommend Allie at inner Strength.

Dr Hughes is a gifted healer. I was in emotional and physical need when I first went to Michelle…read more After 4 treatments (2 weeks apart) I was amazed at the difference. Emotionally I was back to being positive and in control. Mentally, I no longer kept loosing everything I laid down. Physically I could sleep on either hip which had been so sore I hadn't done that in years. Those are just the big improvements. All over my body from the soreness and itchiness on my scalp to my achy toes I saw healing. Then I had another hit of bad news. This occurred just at the end of the 4 treatments. I was bounced back to lacking energy, body hurting etc. So I began a new series of treatments. Michelle once again is working her magic. I have never noticed immediate improvement as I get off her table. The healing seems to become noticeable over the two week intervals bit by bit. It is sometimes hard for me to notice the healing without checking back to the list of concerns I had. Then I realize most of them have vanished. Michelle's extensive training and dedication to continual learning are gifts to her patients. And she is very real, has a great sense of humor and depth of compassion. All around my choice for a healer.
