My dog (who can be a bit nervous) was immediately at ease, and the groomer took the time to get to know her before starting. The grooming itself was top-notch--my pup came out looking absolutely adorable, clean, and smelling fresh without being overwhelmed by strong scents. They paid attention to every detail, and I could tell my dog was treated with care and gentleness throughout the process. Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Lisandra and her staff anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate groomer. We'll definitely be coming back! The owner loves what she does and is definitely a lover of dogs, so happy I found her to take care of my baby Belle.

Before you start using the service, they take the time to help you understand your dog's coat, the correct way to wash and care for it, and even some of the things you or your groomer may be doing incorrectly at home. Lavakan is much more than a place to bathe your dog; it's also an opportunity to learn how to properly care for your pet's coat. I highly recommend going with enough time, paying attention, and really listening to the person guiding you through the membership process because there is a lot of valuable information to learn. Once you complete the initial training and receive your membership card, you can start using the service on your own. I've really enjoyed the concept and definitely recommend the membership, especially for pet owners who want to better understand and care for their dog.
