Check in was pretty easy as we worked directly with the owner to make sure everything was in place. There is an extra parking fee, but we had an assigned spot in the garage so it keeps the car cool. The condo we rented had a beautiful beachside view with a nice balcony, was pretty quiet and relaxed, and easy in and out when you wanted to leave. I would 100% stay here again.

While the condo is extremely small and the lack of space got on my nerves this time around lol, the view makes up for it. The condo is at the south end of the island as well. The condo establishment has The Sunset Grille, pool with hot tub, fitness center 2 tennis hard courts & a beautiful walkway to the beach. Also, parking is provided ($75 refundable deposit when you return the parking permit & flat $45 parking fee). When we arrived, the person who greeted us was welcoming and eased the check-in process. I had forgotten to pre-register due to things being very busy at home and losing my mother a few weeks prior....She assured me that I could register right then and there which I did. The condo provides luggage carts as well as shopping carts for luggage/grocery transport. The only complaint I have was that my Loveshackfancy Stanley was stolen while at the pool. It is very disappointing to know that people would actually steal someone's cup, especially in this day and age. So, to the person who stole my LSF Stanley, I did purchase a replacement. As a side note, I have been coming to Marco Island since the fifth grade when my grandparents owned a home on the island so I am extremely familiar with Marco. Overall, my husband and I will continue to rent and stay here. The view of the Gulf is unprecedented. We love to watch the famous Marco sunsets - even more amazing from our balcony & from the beach. I read the review about the awful treatment of an employee, Rosie. I wanted to ask that person whether it was an overweight woman with short hair? If so, that person was extremely rude to me also during our stay in 2023. I was on new medication and had to use the restroom... this person followed me into the gym bathrooms and waited until I was done. Cringe. I remember telling her to have a nice day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Against my better judgement I did not seek out reviews on this unit I just assumed it would be like other units we rented in the past.. updated and well equipped. Two issues were especially disheartening particularly since we spent two weeks in the unit, the kitchen lacked essentials like pot holders and there was one worn out dish towel to use. The oven was filthy and the pots and pans were questionable. The mattress was comfortable enough but the bedding was particularly bad, the sheets and covers were worn and the pillows should have been replaced long ago. The area rug in the second bedroom was filthy and if not cleaned should be thrown out. The weirdest thing was all of the towels were wet when we arrived even extra ones that were put in a plastic bag in the closet. Needless to say we would not recommend this unit and will not be renting through MIRP in the future since they do not insist the owners keep up their units to a certain standard. Another issue was the elevator that served the building the unit we were staying in went out of order about two days into our stay and after reporting it twice and was told the owner will be notified we gave up and used a second elevator that was access for the adjoining building. On a positive note the unit did have a peekaboo water view and the access to the beach was very convenient. I would advise MIRP to suggest to the owner of 901 S Collier Blvd Unit 417 as Scott McGillivray of Vaction House Rules always says to "be your own guest" and they may understand how disappointing it was to stay in their unit.

We checked out 4 days in advanced. We have been in a constant battle back and forth attempting to recover our " Security Deposit" It's been a nightmare dealing with " Maria Schilke Owner " She's NOT what you would call customer friendly and makes it a point to not allow you to speak. I'm giving her a few more days to make us whole or I will have to contact our C.C. Company and file a Claim. Word of caution when dealing with this outfit beware you might have to go thru hell to collect your deposit as I have. One more thing. The owner should take lessons from her Employee " Maythe" who if it wasn't for her this experience would be much worse. " Never again will I use this Company " Maria, your nice response is a day or two late. I have proof that you've been having issues posting and returning "Security Deposits ". Let not go there !! Your nasty way of speaking to me on the telephone not allowing me to say a word is 100% unacceptable. What really got me going was when you said " This was not your PROBLEM " This is your problem. I dealt with your company. You accepted my payment. Therefore this is your problem. How dare you say " THIS IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM" I expect what is rightfully mine which is, my deposit. Period !! Each Tower complex has its own pool and each tower has laundry rooms on each floor. Towers one and two do not allow short-term rentals. The condo unit we stayed in on the 7th floor had a beautiful sunset view and was nicely appointed. The grounds are well maintained and the office staff is pleasant and responsive. The only minor drawback is sometimes parking can be a little tight and you must Park outside the garage in the full Florida Sun. The complex also has eight permanent pickleball courts and numerous tennis courts. If you choose this place for a vacation you will not be unhappy.

This was the worst experience ever…read more We walked into a dirty and unsensitized room - it was used by another family before we arrived and it was missed by the cleaning crew (this was confirmed by the head of the sanitation crew at the resort) I had to clean dirty beds with private part hair and long black head hair in the beds, I washed all sheets, pillows and blankets and cleaned all the bathrooms including toilets with urine left in them from other people, but I couldn't imagine my kids using this facility without me cleaning it. The office was closed due to our arrival day being Saturday and it was also Easter break so the office didn't reopen until the following Tuesday when we brought this up with the manager he offered us a 50.00 dinner voucher for my troubles. It was very insulting and disrespectful. When I told him that we will speak with his manager Michael's response was " good luck with that " We honestly looked for another facility but again it's Florida on Easter weekend everything was booked. PLEASE BELIEVE ME AND DONT RENT HERE - THE TREATMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB - HIS MANAGERIAL SKILLS ARE NOT SO MANAGERIAL. Actually the head of the sanitation crew was apologetic and had more common sense than Michael (the manger) did.

Every time I drive down Collier and look at all the high rises I miss those days more and more. Club Regency is a condo community with mostly regular timeshare owners that come year after year for 1-3 weeks. It's small and homey and that's why I love it. Each building is 3ish stories with the first being parking and the top 2 being 2 bed / 2 bath condos. They do a good jump of updating everything throughout the years and the staff is always friendly. Again. This isn't a giant luxury hotel. If that's what you're looking for you're going to be disappointed. If you are looking for a friendly community to have a relaxing vacation sipping drinks on the beach and grilling at the pool this is your place. There is plenty of space for everyone and you won't have to fight for space like some of the other spots. Long gone are the days there were more lizards than people on Marco but if you ignore the giant castle hotel next door sometimes you can revive the feeling of what it used to be like.

It's a few years older but our condo is fully up to date and very nice. The turtles has already hatched in front of the building this year so no nests but it was nice to walk the beach and see other ones. I believe August is a great time to visit because the beach and island are no crowded and so relaxed. I'd be happy to come and stay here again.

The "master" bedroom has absolutely no air flow, it's a desert at night. The view is beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, mugs, pans, utensils etc. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas so that was great! I had to work and finish schoolwork while here and this is the main reason why I gave this 4 stars. The internet was ALWAYS down and I'm extremely behind in all my work. Other than that this place is great, I believe they are all privately Owned.
