It's a high end boutique which is not really where we shop a lot but we always find something we want. This year I found a darling top by Ivy jane 50% off, and I have already worn it 3 times! My husband got a great Southern Marsh shirt--I love the color! The ladies are SO friendly and remember us from previous years! Some of my favorite art is from BB Fulton and I have purchased it all from Bella Bella. I must say, it's a big store; I mean really huge which means the options were endless, which is a plus! I am leaving this review to warn other buyers about my experience with this merchant (Libby Story)…read more Order #: 192583 USPS Tracking #: 420800209334610597204749075384 I placed my order on October 11. On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

I would highly recommend giving this place a visit for an outfit for yourself or gifts to bring home to others.
