We exchanged half a dozen phone calls, Then I was called and asked if I could move my appointment to the next day for a discount, which was understandable and 15% off. No blinds in any room in the home were dusted, the sweeping and mopping was poor at best, dirt was left behind, surfaces like the microwave were not cleaned, and then the customer service. I called back and asked for a quality control rep to come by to see this so they could remedy it corretly. I was never called back after my complaint, they simply took their money and ran. To achienve my business multiple calls were made. Poor work quality, mixed with bad attitudes and a lack of concern for customer service.
