Due to unfair and rather harsh circumstances, I had a fairly minor traffic violation that became something larger than it needed to be. It was frustrating, upsetting, but also scary to know that headed into a court environment, the situation became a "your word against his" scenario - 'His' referring to a member of law enforcement. As the situation became far more strenuous and serious than we had imagined, our family sought the counsel of someone who was not just knowledgeable, but empathetic and charismatic enough to help right what we felt was a wrong. As a Defendant, I felt my asthma condition worsen along with my anxiety throughout the lead up to, as well as the day of the case. Theseus was so easy to talk to & helped out tremendously. He explained the ramifications well, discussed potential outcomes, but most importantly, he talked to us like normal people rather than just as clientele. That means more than you know. Theseus worked hard to earn a favorable outcome, but did so with fairness and grace, despite being met with resistance from the Officer at hand and the Judge. Theseus is great at what he does & while I hope I do not need to bother him again in this fashion, I know he is someone I highly recommend and will reach out to if necessary in the future. Thank you for all your help, Theseus!

He was personable, straightforward, and made sure we understood everything before closing out the case. The office itself is a bit worn, but it was clean and functional, which is what matters most. I was immediately impressed with Rudy Carrico's ability to take care of what was necessary to help me get the best results possible. Rudy Carrico has a calm but assertively confident and assertive manner to get the job done, giving me better results than I had even expected. Even though Mr. Carrico is well known for his criminal defense expertise, he is equally capable at solving civil issues like mine. In fact, I have referred him to many of my friends - who are also much respected and highly successful in their own professional fields. They have since thanked me profusely for getting them in touch with Mr Carrico, as their results with using him were outstanding. I was asked to leave a glowing five-star review before receiving a clear explanation of my account balance, which made me feel pressured and uneasy about the firm's priorities. I repeatedly contacted the accounting office for clarification, but I never received a satisfactory response. Eventually, I was told that I had a remaining balance of **$1,199.50**, without receiving a detailed breakdown or explanation. This lack of transparency was especially concerning given my financial difficulties and the time it took to retain an attorney. I expected better communication, transparency, and support throughout the process. I hope the firm improves how it communicates financial obligations and avoids requesting reviews before clients fully understand their accounts.
