Prices were fair and pretty affordable, and he explained in detail what all was included. Namely that an exterior paint job is more than just paint -- it includes power washing, siding repair, and caulking before the paint goes up. He was able to get us on his schedule within two weeks. On the first day, he and the crew came out around 8 am. Matt introduced me to the crew, and then they got to work. The crew was friendly, professional, and so fast! They had the whole job finished in less than 2 days - prepping and painting all of our wood siding, gutters, garage door, and two sheds. The finished product is gorgeous! They cleaned up well and left everything in great shape. We were extremely pleased with our experience! Matt mentioned that they do interior painting as well as exterior. Communication was first class (either by text, conversation, or phone call). 2. Their detail in their work surpassed our expectation. 3. If we had a "concern" or question. They listened and answered - problem was always solved. 4. All of the material that was used within the construction was approved by us before installation. Now to explain how this work with us. We had major reconstruction. We had a plan to remove a low bearing wall, for an open concept floor plan. We explained our vision, plan was made, and the work started. During the process of our construction, there were changes that I made (painted the trim, new base boards, & lighting). These changes weren't small changes. Everyone loves last minutes changes (LOL). However, there wasn't a problem. We got 5 inch base boards, trim was painted white, and hanging light over the sink. I do have before and after pictures. However, I was unable to post on this thread. I want to make sure these guys get credit for their work so I will be posting on other website. Braun Renovations, thank you for your work. It's so hard to trust somebody with doing things like replacing a beam and moving walls, or cutting huge holes in your house to put in brand new windows. We haven't had the best experiences with contractors in the past, but Aaron and his wife Kellianne we're both wonderful. Not only to be around, but also in their caliber of work. We're blown away by their professionalism, reliability, and quality. Aaron is very particular and takes a lot of pride in his work. He does it right the first time and makes it look effortless.
