For my uninsured family, this place is a God-send. I was desperate to find a doctor that would see that I was a concerned mother in need of someone who would continue my son's prescriptions for asthma inhalers, without trying to drag me through the mud with accusations of not finding a good pulmonary doctor or applying for state welfare for medical care, mandating additional tests, talking down to me, or playing experiments with my son's care by putting him on the newest/latest drug (or even one that the Dr. got kickbacks on for prescribing). When I spoke to Dr. Samadi, it was surprisingly pleasant. He was straight forward, listened to us, expressed an interest in becoming my son's primary physician (if only I was interested), did not question me on our choice for inhaler, and spoke to both my son and I as if we were intelligent, respectable beings. My son is 13, going on 14 soon. He deserves to be treated with respect regarding his own health, and spoken to in a mature manner. I find often doctors will talk "around" the patient instead of to them, if they are a child, even if they are a teenager. Dr. Samadi did no such thing. We saw a listing of prices before we stepped into the doctor's office, and knew right up front what our expected costs would be. Since my son was having an asthma attack on the spot, during the visit, Dr. Samadi offered a steroid shot for my son, and told me the price up front as well. My husband and I ran the numbers for our finances when Dr. Samadi gave us a few moments alone to privately talk, and we found that we could afford it. As agreed, the price was exactly what we expected, and my son got immediate care. Dr. Samadi provided enough prescription for my son for two months, which gave us enough time to save up the $250 for the first of three visits for doing a thorough physical examination for my son, to make Dr. Samadi his primary physician. Usually, the Dr.'s we've seen will only give my son one month at a time, which means sometimes my son will lapse a week or two if we can't swing the hefty doctor office visit fee. And usually, the doctor is never the same at other places, so we find it hard to know that we can trust who we are dealing with. Plus, we almost always get flack for being "cash customers". He also gave us a prescription for nebulizer treatments since we let him know we have a nebulizer and use it, and in addition to his maintenance inhaler, he gave us another rescue inhaler to travel with us. He really has no idea how handy those were for us, as we had to lapse 10 days because our pay check came in 10 days after my son's maintenance inhaler run out - and we had to use those other treatments to float us through and keep my son well until we could afford to use the refill he gave us on the maintenance inhaler. Dr. Samadi impressed me greatly with his direct way of dealing with us and eased my worries of having to fight with, yet another, egotistical doctor who would treat his patient like some idiot. He did great, and is the doctor my son and I chose together to be who handles my son's asthma needs. I appreciate him and his facility. Today, we go for our first of three visits to make him my son's primary physician. When I can save enough money up, he will also become my daughter's primary physician. If you only knew what nightmares I have been through with my son and the medical system, you would know why your facility and the way you treated us means so much to us. The first day we visited you, in our distress and panic, thinking our son would wind back up in the hospital again - you have no idea how scared I was, and how incredible good I felt after we left your facility later that evening. Wish I did not chose to go here. The attending physician Ruth E. Carter does not need to be practicing. Went there for a Workman's Comp Injury and as soon as she walked in looked at my husband and asked if this injury was for assault. Did she not bother to look at the chart to familiarize herself? Insulted, and in front of our two kids as well was beyond unprofessional. I let her know I had video of the accident to help her attend to my injury -- she watches it and then asks "How did you know to take video and photos of your accident?" Well, I guess she doesn't know that most all retail stores have surveillance and um the video was of a monitor and the footage.... I didn't know to record it or take pictures, the store did... this was just an awkward weird moment when I had to realize she wasn't all there. She goes to check my ears and shoves the instrument in so hard the cover got stuck in my ear but she didn't notice, she moved on to the next ear until I told her "Wait, the cover was stuck in my other ear." Then she didn't even check the other ear. She checks my eyes but right now I have a sensitivity to light so I'm blinking a little but she grabs the bottom of my eye to pull it in annoyance and jams her finger in my eye!!! Then says "You can't open your eye? Why can't you open your eye? Okay I'll write you can't open your eye!" It took all my strength to sit there in silence. She has me lay on my back and asks me to lift my legs as high as I can. "Is this all you can lift your leg up to? I told you to lift it as high as you could, why can't you?" Okay I am in here for a concussion and a lumbar strain.... what is the deal with this woman? Then she asks me how I was hit, like was I standing or sitting... didn't she watch the video or listen to me when I told her before. Then she asks if my head hit the sidewalk? No, did you not see the footage -- she wasn't listening or paying attention to anything. She asks are you taking prescriptions? "Yes, the nurse wrote it on my chart." So she just stared at me until I pulled out my emergency room papers to which she goes to copy them. I speak to my family members and decide this is not happening, she will not be treating me because she is incompetent. I walk out to see the nurse and want to see the manager, he goes to get her and the doctor comes back very aware something is wrong. We tell her "We're waiting to see the manager." She says then "I am the manager, I'm the one in charge so you'll have to talk to me." We gathered our things to go and I see the nurse in the hallway and tell him about what she just said and he's like "No, our manager is on her way." The manager was apologetic but really?! Not being treated there by any physician! She doesn't need to be practicing and no one needs to be seen by that woman. I feel sorry for anyone who accepted her behavior and her incompetency!!!!! I really wish I would've read the reviews before we had attended the place the not only did they lost my prescription they sent the wrong things I waited three days when I had pneumonia bronchitis sinusitis and infections in my eyes they continually said that the place that I had selected to fill my prescription couldn't understand how to receive a fax when in all reality they couldn't figure out how to send a fax even after I gave them the name of the even after I gave them the name of the location and the fax number of my chosen pharmacy then today when we came in with my husband for him to see his chosen doctor they said that the last time he was and that he was under charged by an entire office visit they said that it was their mistake but instead of the sorbing those costs they made us pay for their mistakes I definitely would suggest to stay away there's many many places in Fort Worth to go to you do not need to use this location save yourself and read the reviews online before your appointment and feel better. Don't waste your time. They took my $85 and didn't take care of what I needed. I recently relocated to TX and had run out of a medication I take for anxiety. I have to take it or I have withdrawals. I just needed a few tablets to get me by till I flew home to see my PMD which was in a couple of weeks. There was only a PA there. No doctor. He came in my room and treated me like I was stupid and a drug addict. Very unprofessional and couldn't care less about my situation. I happen to be a ER nurse so I know all the "rules" and in and outs of everything they can look up etc. I had nothing to hide, was very honest and this PA could care less. It's very sad that one healthcare professional will treat another healthcare professional like he did. He could have written me for enough medication to get me by till I had my appointment with my PMD in CA but instead in choose to mistreat me and treat me like a drug addict. I do not recommend this place. Complete waste of $85. Bottom line? He could have helped me out and written me for a few pills instead of being rude and so uncaring. read more

This place was horrible. A big waist of money, I walked in and played my $65. The room was dirty, Dr ward was unprofessional and had a attitude. He didn't even check me. Do not go here!!!!!.....This place knows nothing. These are washed up people that work for money. After paying over $200 for blood work a couple of months ago so I can get on meds for my Type 2 Diebetes and High Chorestrol, they only gave me enough med refills for 1 month when then I should been giving refills for the next 3 months, when I am do for my next blood work. I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diebetes since 2009, and I know how often I need to get blood work done, (every 3 months). Now I am off my medications again and now my health is again at risk because of there screw ups. Plus they say I still owe them money for a service that I paid for, having my receipt to prove I have paid them. Absolutely awful. They refused to see my sister when I, her 21 year older sister, took her in because she was sick. I am looking after my siblings while my parents are out of town and my sister has been sick for a few days, so I went to take her in to get checked out. The nurses at the desk were very rude and denied her medical care. I doubt any member of my family will be back there. read more

This facility engages in price gouging. I called ahead to find out the price of seeing a doctor for a possible bone fracture and they told me it would be $200 to see a doctor and $90 for 3 x-rays, and $30 for a splint. When I checked out, the total was over $600! The doctor visit was $250, and then they tacked on an additional $140 because there was a slight fracture. The splint ended up being well over $100. I would avoid this facility unless you have unlimited funds to waste. read more

I thought this was a great place because of the great discounted rates for self pay. The office staff was great! My husband went in to see a female provider for Hypertension and Insomnia. She prescribed him something for sleep that the pharmacy told us costs $11,000.00. Yes that is right $11,000.00, for a month supply! When we called to let her know that this was impossible, as it would be for most people. She advised he take Melatonin. So she thought his complaint was important enough for a multi -thousand dollar prescription, but when we could not pay for it she advised Melatonin....Really? We will not be back and will never advise someone to see this doctor. read more

All I can say is "GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING UP FRONT" because they will certainly use any excuse to force you to have to come back and pay more fees and rack up billable charges for your insurance carrier. ....they will bleed your situation for every dollar they can get. I fell and hurt my arm. I went to Trinity Express Medical at 5900 Overton Ridge in Ft Worth where they took X-rays and said it was broke. They put my arm in splint and sling. They told me that another radiloligist would be there in 3 days thur to look at X-rays and for me to follow up on day 4 which was fri. They never showed me the X-rays. Even after asking!!! They had me come back for several office visits over the next 3 1/2 weeks and was telling me I needed to go to physical therapy. the day I went to get my splint off, I asked to see my X-rays. The dr said he would go find them. But instead of him returning it was another dr. Who then told me that my arm was never broke. I was speechless. He unwrapped my arm then he immediately left room. then the first dr returned and I ask him why they kept me in the cast for almost four weeks if he knew it was not broke. He replied to protect it. I then ask protect it from what??? It was bruised! I'm wondering HOW these people sleep at night??? Clearly it's all about the $$$. read more

I would not recommend this clinic. I went to the clinic for a sinus infection. Dr. Ramin Samadi recommended 2 different steroid shots, which I consented to. When I received my bill I was charged for 2 steroid shots and a Vitamin B-12 shot. I received only 2 injections, which I thought were the 2 different steroid shots. I was told the 2 steroid injections were mixed in 1 shot and the Vitamin B-12 was the other shot. My MAJOR complaint is that the doctor never discussed a Vitamin B-12 shot with me, therefore I did not give my consent for one. Insurance does not cover it. It does not cost a huge amount, but the point is it was never discussed nor did I give consent. When calling their billing office to discuss I had to leave several messages on different days before I was ever able to talk to someone. She then was supposed to call the doctors office to find out what the notes said on the day of my visit and call me back. She never did. I finally called the doctors office today myself. They never could tell me that I consented to the shot. BEWARE! read more
