    Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

From understanding your own finances to navigating the real estate market and endless terminology, it's easy to become paralyzed and lost in the storm. This is where John comes in; he is the lighthouse guiding you safely back to harbor. John has deep industry experience. He understands the market, what's out there, and exactly how the process works. Most importantly, he listens. He truly understands your situation and has your best interests at heart. John remembers your goals and what you said would make you happy, using that as a compass for every decision. At times when we couldn't find the right fit and I started to deviate, he would remind me of my original vision to ensure I didn't settle. I'm going to say it twice: he truly has your best interests at heart. I have a tendency to push my limits, and John wasn't afraid to step in and advise me when something might overburden my finances. He isn't just trying to close a deal and meet numbers; he cares about your future. He is incredibly patient. There was definitely a learning curve for me, but John understands that everyone learns differently. He took the time to rephrase complex concepts and provided examples to ensure I fully understood every step. He never made me feel "dumb" for asking questions; you can tell he genuinely cares through his tone and approach. John is also remarkably responsive. Whenever I found a listing with high potential and forwarded it to him late in the day, he would acknowledge and respond promptly. Even when I felt bad for reaching out late, he provided peace of mind by doing his homework immediately. We were often at the property the very next day. He acts fast and efficiently. Finally, he is solution-oriented. There were many times I thought a goal was out of reach, but he would do the research and return with a Plan A, B, and C. This gave me so much hope and reassurance throughout the process. The home search is a roller coaster of emotions, but John is there with you side-by-side from start to finish. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing.     Let me start by stating what's fair - they sold our home, within the time frame for a decent price…read more Nobody can take that away from then. So why the 2 stars? - Mostly because they just don't communicate. one weekend she was traveling (for vacation), another because someone had the flu. We had to beg her to talk to her, over and over, in very important dates. We left messages that often took a day to answer. She, more often than not, didn't answer the phone right away or within the hour. We had other RE agents before, but none were this unresponsive in crucial time. - She wanted to stall. We agreed on Jan 6 as a showing date, she pushed it to the 13th.. admitedly, she brought it back to the 6th, but what wasn't clear to me, is why do we need to work on doing this ,and do what felt like begging, when it's her job to make us happy to being bound to an agreement. She stalled again when she was "waiting" for her husband's input on some inspection, which could have only taken another 2-3 days over a weekend.- of course, he had no real input (and I am sure she knew that) - but why not install if she could in a time of real stress. - We had to keep our alarm system there, for insurance purposes. She didn't fight for us, at all, when we wanted it to be part of the deal (to save us the hassle), and once the deal was done and she got her 2.5% , she couldn't care less if we asked her to send it to us across the country. It would have been a minimal gesture, which she didn't do. - Let's be honest, selling a single family home in Garden Grove for its zestimate is not hard. Team Tackney are NOT on the cheap side (we got offers as low as 1.5%), but what we expected is responsiveness and courtesy - all they cared about was money.

Philip was always responsive to texts and phone calls. He and his team never dropped the ball. And they have always gone above and beyond.
