So then I asked them why then if they know they don't deal with ingrown nails did they charge my son $180 for nothing! My son says the doctor or whatever she is came in touch some areas on his toe and just gave him a script for antibiotics! So based on my call they knew they weren't going to do anything but they just wanted to make some money off him since he is young and didn't know any better! I asked for a partial refund at least since it isn't fair what they did. And the lady on the phone stated no refund because they did see him! What a joke! We have been faithful for years to this urgent care and have even referred friends and family never again!
