And because of that, this is one of a small group of churches that students are bringing their parents as opposed to the common trend where parents drag their kids to church. The 9 am service typically has more modern music, with the 10:45 emphasizing traditional tunes. My husband and I also appreciate the children's sermons, choir/music and the wide range in age of church goers. As for the church building itself, it is very large and I LOVE the stain glass windows. In the Spring, Summer and Fall, there are lots of plantings of flowers around the exterior of the church. I personally love the brick exterior of the church. I would actually say that St. Philip has nice "curb appeal!" St. Philip's also has their hand in a lot of community activities, volunteering, food donations, etc. I personally have never seen a church this involved in community giving. I highly recommend this church for anyone looking for a new church home.

The location can be a little tricky to get to with the round a bouts but following their signs helps. The church is very modern and clean and there is plenty of room in the sanctuary with stadium seating in the back if you'd prefer that.
