If you take away nothing from this review just know this business is a SCAM!! You are better off going anywhere else. I had a weird experience getting my fridge fixed with them. They would show up hours after the time they had given me with no communication. Would ignore my calls for hours on end. Then the tech showed up with no warning even though I repeatedly asked for one since I have a kitten who gets scared easily and work from home with constant meetings. My first red flag is that the invoice I received had a different company name then the one they gave me on the phone. Once I pointed this out they kept switching out the name they gave me over the phone. Over a week after the job was finished a nearly $2,000 charge from the company shows up on my card. It takes over a day to reach them for an explanation so I end up filing a dispute with my bank. After two days I finally get them to pick up my call by calling from a different phone. Then another day to hear from a manager who was extremely rude and to this point has not been helpful. Despite not having a reason for the charge he takes several days to begin the refund process. It has now been nearly two weeks and they have not given me an explanation for the charge and whether my card information was saved for them to make that charge. The manager has given me an attitude repeatedly and ignored my messages and calls. I am going to be reporting this business who need to take accountability and learn how to communicate and treat their customers. read more

Been battling to get a refund from this company, and they conveniently don't answer their phones, ignore texts, and now have been blocking/changing their numbers. Our fridge compressor needed replaced - it was under warranty, but we still paid over $800 for other parts and labor. A few weeks after it was "fixed", our fridge stopped keeping cool again. They came back and said there was a leak (which should NOT happen immediately after a compressor replacement). It was a battle to get them to come back out and fix the leak, and they still didn't fix it. It held its temperate for about a week until it stopped AGAIN. I have been trying to call them and all their phone numbers are disconnected/unable to receive calls/etc. Very frustrated. Now we are out $800 and still have a broken fridge. read more

Fast response. This was the only positive thing. Tech came in and diagnosed that our vent was disconnected. He put a temporary holder in place and that he would come back to put a part that would make it more permanent and that it would be $250 (he made it seem like this was a special part they had to replace so we said ok). A new tech came by and he went in and tightened some screws (maybe pretending to work on it as I was waiting). At this point, I had my doubts so I asked him what was wrong with it. He said it was disconnected and that he fixed it by putting a permanent holder. Hmm ok. (I do not think there was any work done at all) but I said ok....are you sure we do not need to clean the pipes or vent as it might have clogged? Then he said no, you should be ok. Talked to the company in hopes that they would try to make it right but received a response that they did everything they could to help me and that I do not have to worry, their work comes with a warranty. These were the results. I will let you decide if this looks like $250 pricing. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. Misdiagnosed the problem. After my fridge was "fixed" it broke again within 30 days - same problem. They tried to swindle me by saying it was a different problem, and thus not covered under their warranty, when the fridge had the exact same issues. Strongly recommend not working with them. stay away!! read more

our 5 yr old wine frig pooped out but it's expensive so we wanted to see if there was an easy repair. i sent a number of quote requests and Trinity was the first to respond proactively with a "when can we come over to diagnose the issue" message. I was a bit nervous until I saw their off Yelp reviews. plus they were so responsive. anyways the guy came that evening and he spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting and finally came to the conclusion the compressor was broken which is a big, expensive repair. so we decided to just buy a new one. their $49 service fee is very reasonable and the technician tried all the tricks but in the end it was done. thank you Max for trying. read more

I called Trinity and they sent out a young man named Felix the same day to check out my extremely loud spin cycle of my washing machine. The service charge was reasonable and Felix did not try to sell me on an expensive repair job. He said the bearings "were shot" and purchasing a new machine would be more economical. Felix was fully vaccinated and wore a mask. He was polite, informative, and spoke good English despite this being his third language. I would not hesitate calling trinity again. read more

I called Trinity Appliance as my freezer was not blowing cool enough air. Not only was I able to get an appointment within 36 hours (all other places were almost a week!), but the tech was super responsive, explained the issues, offered me options on the repair, and did great work. The job required a second visit as parts needed to be ordered, but he got the freezer and fridge working temporarily in the short term to bridge the gap between when parts would arrive and he was able to execute a complete and holistic fix. Our LG washer stopped working. LG listed several service groups, but no one called back. We found Trinity through Angi and could have been more satisfied. They called and scheduled a visit the next day. The serviceman showed up as promised and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. I am so pleased with Trinity. We have a 30 year old sub zero that needs constant maintenance. They were referred by our home warranty company after two failed repair attempts with other contractors.
