The leadership team is built upon a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication, which has made my experience here both rewarding and respectful. The office is well organized, with systems in place that allow clinicians to focus on providing quality care while still having autonomy in their work. Management is approachable and transparent, and there's a clear emphasis on professional development and doing what's best for the client. Ethically, the organization holds a high standard --- client confidentiality, appropriate boundaries, and evidence-based care are all taken seriously, it's been a place where I've felt proud to work, and where both staff and clients are treated with compassion and professionalism.

I personally see Rob Brady for medication management (owner) and so does my son. He is so great and really listens and cares. He always tries a holistic approach before dumping drugs down your throat. I am also going through Spravato treatment with them. My son and I both have separate therapists there. I have Zendi who is just the right fit for me. Laid back and very kind. My son see's Daniel who is awesome! Very down-to-earth and understanding of the things my son struggles with. Overall, I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to feel like a person and not a number....and they have a very nice office with a nice waiting room, up to date on everything and very clean! Thank you, Journey Psychiatry! Allison Quinlivan

Overall negative experience with EliteDNA. Firstly, I tried teletherapy through them only for the…read moretherapist to tell me to look at things from my abuser's perspective. Any sane place would fire that person on the spot. Secondly, I went for psychiatry and medication. Things started well with LISA CLOUTIER until relatively recently where things didn't seem to be noted in my chart and I would constantly have to reiterate each appointment. She would also frequently recommend outside treatments and then have zero knowledge of the workings of said things she was referring like Spravato, TMS, and ECT. She was weirdly pushy about trying to get me to do ECT. The final nail in the coffin is when LISA CLOUTIER couldn't discern a urinalysis test from a blood test. Their patient portal was also poorly engaged with where anything outside of a prescription refill warrants a billable appointment. That's convenient. EDIT: Don't bother calling the number they list. The person answering is extremely combative and will more than likely write you off as another crazy person in this field. They also told me they have discussed my case with regional supervisors and was told I would be a better fit elsewhere but didn't find out until this call. Here's what you can do instead: File a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. You can also file a complaint with the Florida Department of Health if you feel like doing so. Remember your medical rights. Supervisors and Regionals may run places like this but their are greater entities than them that they have to answer to. If you're looking to report a particular nurse practitioner you can also lookup their NPI number
