My daughter started with a counselor India & after a few weeks she left & a counselor Shanetra took our daughter. Our insurance changed & before her session she let Shanetra know it had changed. She didn't bother asking what insurance then after the session told my daughter she did not except United. Needless to say, she charged my daughter $175. My husband called & she stated our daughter didn't let her know she United. Our daughter stated before the session her insurance had changed and the counselor proceeded to tell our daughter they would take care of it after the session. Is it not the councelors responsibility to ask what insurance do the client have so they can make a decision to keep session or not? Honestly, I believe she did it intentionally & find it very shady. No wonder they only have a 3 star review. Very disappointed. Definitely not Christain like. I definitely will never recommend them . read more
