We needed some trees removed, as well as some limbs which were overhanging our roof. The work was done over the weekend so that the project could be completed before a new roof was installed. We were kept updated on the progress of the project in a timely manner, and the downed trees and limbs were cleaned up and removed completely. We will contact this business again should we need more trees removed in the future.

I called over a week ago and the call was returned the neXt day; we set an appointment for today between 11 and 1 - NO SHOW. No call - nothing. So I called at 1:15 (1315) and Sue said: " he's really busy, give him a call here's his number..." Obviously, his phone worked because I did call him (so there's no excuse for not calling to tell me he was going to be late) and he said: "I'm busy with something, I'll call you right back." I guess I should have gotten the definition of "right back," because it's now over a half hour later and no call. Yesterday, 6/14/2022, we…read morephoned and within one hour they were at our home checking out the job - a huge maple tree that fell across our front lawn and landed on our roof. The crew arrived within 1.5 hours and worked hard to take care of the fallen tree on the house and in the front yard and one tree that also broke in back yard; they picked up leaves, limbs & tree parts and left our yard very neat & tidy from their work area.
