We moved in and are living with a moth infestation, severe damp and drainage issues, none of which were mentioned to us at any point. We reported this within our first week and are still living miserably in this unhygenic property with no resolution. Our issues are now no longer a priority for Trading Places and their Property Management Team and have now gone to the bottom of the list as we have paid an extortionate rent for the severe condition of this property. Really disappointed that we were misled during the process and are now being ignored.

He then gave me a price which was reasonable. Once we had agreed the price, he commenced the work which he did all by hand. He also entertained me by telling me about his previous working life. He put in a Chubb quality lock and a mortice bolt which he assured me would give me greater security. He did a fantastic job and he cleaned up after himself. He showed great professionalism and great craftsmanship. I was very pleased with the lock and the bolt and I now feel more secure in my home.
