I was interested in trying a new medspa and booked an appointment for the xeomin promotion. I was excited about my appointment until I arrived at the office. I was put off by the medical boxes sitting on the dirty ground in front of the office, weeds sprouting through the concrete, and dirty looking exterior. That should have been my cue to leave, but I figured I should not judge a book by its cover, especially since I'd traveled so far across town. Upon entering, I noticed the inside looked dusty and unkept as well. The front desk agent had no record of an appointment with me and asked if I booked with a medspa. I showed her the series of text confirmations, and she kept getting frustrated and walking to the back offices. The office is oddly configured, and the access to the medical offices is wide open, which was another red flag from a privacy/ cleanliness standpoint. I ended up walking out due to a lack of coordination and cleanliness standards. Don't waste your time here. If they can't keep an office clean and inviting, I can't trust them to use clean tools on my body. read more

I was on time but had to wait an hour for my consult doctor. No names here, but the guy at the top. Just starting a diet program...we'll see how it goes. But the white leather exam chair was covered in long brown hair, the room wasn't cleaned before I went in, (a nurse came in when I was sitting in there waiting for the doc) to clean the tray of garbage from the last patient. I would never come here to have any facial procedure or anything injected in my face. I definitely get a dirty vibe here. Just here for the diet shots. read more

Unless you want your face to look like mine, I would suggest that you go elsewhere! I came here to get Botox in my frown lines between my eyes, and forehead, and Juvederm in my laugh lines near the sides of my mouth. After all the injections were made there was a little Juvederm left in the syringe. So, it was injected in my frown line between my eyes. Many doctors appointments later, I was advised by many medical professionals that Juvederm is never supposed to be injected in a frown line between your eyes. read more

Do not go here. I waited an hour 20 min for my appointment only for them to tell me they don't take my insurance even though my insurance sent the referral. She said my appointment would be $100. It's strange how they waited until I got there to verify my insurance but also that the two secretaries at the front were giving people injections. Also what was strange is that they let some crazy lady berate the people waiting about Donald Trump and Joe Biden calling them crazy and not nice people. Sketchy vibes for sure definitely some malpractice I wouldn't trust them injecting anything especially since the ones doing it are not licensed professionals. This is a very odd place... They do pretty much everything: diet supplements, allergy shots, B12 injections, even MM evaluations. I came in for an allergy shot. I filled out the paperwork, waited for awhile, went in to get my temperature, weight, and blood pressure. So far, so good. Then I was taken through what looked like a back storage area and into the examination room. That was very odd, and didn't really add to a sense of security. I waited for quite awhile in the exam room, during which time some EDM music blared loudly outside of the door for a few minutes before someone turned it off. After some time, the medical personnel (I'm not sure of her title) came in to meet with me. She was dressed casually in jeans, a shirt, and stylish boots. Again, another surprise because I'm used to medical personnel wearing scrubs or a lab coat or something! The consultation was fine, she asked for my symptoms, talked about the shot, asked if I needed anything else, then left. A few more minutes passed, and a nurse came in to give me the injection. Everyone was friendly enough, it just didn't seem like the most professional type of place. But, I got what I came for, and everything took about an hour from start to finish. *side note- I see some great reviews for Trim Care... odd that they all come from people with fewer than 10 total reviews.... But, I guess you have to start somewhere! read more

Doctor Goldsmith is amazing!! I have been seeing him for a good part of 7 years now and he always knows exactly what I need to help me feel good and get fit. I had to take 3 years off his care to handle a hysterectomy and some cancer issues and during those 3 years I felt awful and gained almost a 100 pounds! Now I am back under his care and feeling great again! I'm dropping the weight and getting healthy again! I haven't had the same experiences that other reviewers have had so I really feel fortunate. Every time I've seen doctor Goldsmith he's been very professional and has been very knowledgeable about my hormone imbalance my cortisol levels and how to help me lose my weight and keep it under control. He has always listened to my concerns, he's never been rude or cut me off and he always asks me very thorough questions to make sure we've covered all our bases at every appointment. Does anyone know how to get a hold of anyone here?!?! I've been calling for weeks for an appt so I can get refills on my weight loss meds, and also have questions about being possibly overcharged for my previous refills, have left msgs, and call every single day-multiple times of day..and I get there automated system giving me basic info and then telling me to leave a msg which ive already done. Wtf! Answers welcome..... Oh, coincidentally I NEVER had any issues where I would need to write a negative review when Dr.Wayne was working here. He was the only reason I wouldve continued coming here. The front desk ladies are awesome I will give them that, but I will also say that all other drs I've seen besides dr.wayne, have never cracked a smile in my direction even and do not look approachable in the least. Yeah, Goldsmith is a gem. No 'Dr.' title from me as he doesn't deserve it. My husband went to his appt today and when he walked in, the girl behind the desk loudly asked him (in front of other patients in the waiting room), "Are you here to refill your adderall?" Um, WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?" A. That's not a medication that is prescribed to my husband. B. Its a violation of HIPAA to announce medical information or ANYTHING about a patient to others. When my husband told her she was out of line and violation of HIPAA law, she defended her actions and said, "Well, that's how we do it here. Even the doctor does it'. Goldsmith didn't even show up to my husband's appt. No phone call from his office to let us know. Nothing. When he asked to speak to the manager, she said "they don't have one, so I guess I'm it". We called the 'manager', Mona, who is apparently at a different location and she was busy and said she would call us back. She never did. Then, I texted Goldsmith himself and asked him to call us and he told me I was being dramatic. Please see pics. If you want a doctor that doesn't listen, talks over you and may or may not show up for your appt, then Goldsmith is your guy. *UPDATE* just read in the LVRJ that Goldsmith is being charged with HIPAA violations that have to do with illegally disclosing information about Stephen Paddock, the Las Vegas shooter. Expected to plead the 5th at his Sept 5 court date. He abruptly left LV and is now in Florida and has disconnected his phone. read more

I have been coming here for a few years.. Have had family come here and loyalty seems to mean nothing to these people. Everytime i go in i am told a diffrerent price. They make up prices based on what they feel like charging so beware and make sure you write down the price and who told you that. I saw a doctor 2 months ago and they charged me a $75 doctor visit fee and i got the diet material and medication.. walked in with the understanding that total i would be charged $150- $175. Walked out and total bill was $240 because they added a test that they needed before they could do the program. I paid it. Next month i went in and refilled my perscription... No problem. The month after I am told I CANNOT come in and refill without seeing a doctor which would cost me an additional $75 plus the amount for the persciptions which is $80. Total would be $155. They never told me that to begin with and now I feel like they are just trying to take money from me non stop instead of trying to help me. I will not be going back there ever again! read more

I'm new here to the Las Vegas area and love my new doctor. Every time I'm in to visit i feel relaxed and things are explained to me in a way I understand. Sad to say, the review I sent a few months back is not listed but then I did not expect it to be . . . If I could rate Ivan Goldsmith with MINUS STARS (meaning - MINUS 5 Stars) I would have done so, but no rating system allows less than 1 Star. (Too bad . . .) My husband was the patient, in for an injection that is 'touted' to be very effective in assisting a person to quit smoking. Ivan Goldsmith is a many man of 'many talents' . . . He will help you lose weight, become 'ageless' and a non-smoker . . . I am sure there are other health benefits (?) in being his patient . . . If there are, I am one who does not want to experience them. A few hours after my husband received the injection he was transported to the hospital in respiratory distress. In the ER he became very combative with the staff requiring the need of being given a paralytic drug to stop his thrashing. The staff immediately intubated him and he was placed on life support in ICU for almost three days. If we had not met, by accident, an EMT who works for AMR, her name, Ania (who was in the right place at the right time) my husband very likely would have been on his way to a mortuary rather than the closest ER. Ania is an 'angel' who appeared at the right time . . . She said that he was in respiratory distress, called an AMR bus that was very close by and he was transported quickly to the hospital. The rest is history. The outcome has not been good and probably never will be. He is, and as been, on oxygen 24/7 since the injection. The injection can come with a risk, as my husband sadly experienced, and that can last for a lifetime . . . Ivan Goldsmith calls it a 'proprietary injection' . . . It is very wise to really consider other avenues before even giving consideration to this injection. . . . Forewarned, Forearmed . . . The office staff is nice and easy going, which is good. The doctors seem knowledgeable but I feel like they over-prescribe drugs instead of looking at the actual root of your issues. I was prescribed antidepressants after I went in for diabetes screening... Huuuuh? I don't need any antidepressants I just need to get off my fatass and start working out and eat better. At times I booked my blood drawing but the staff didn't tell me I had to be fasting, so they had me come back. They scheduled other tests and I was told to come back because "it would be better to do these in the am" - well why the heck did you put me in the afternoon then? Overall I am not sure I would confidently come back as I am not someone who likes to pop pills to solve issues. The office is really clean, on a side note. Which makes it nice. read more

They have an array of services they provide ranging from medspa options to regular primary care, any issue I have from a general cold and blood work they do it all, if not they recommend Doctors who have integrity . Dr. Goldsmith truly cares about the well being of his patients. I went to doctor Goldsmith and I was having some pain he immediately ordered and ultrasound stat. He recognized I was having an issue and it literally save me from major complications. I ended up having an emergency medical procedure at the hospital later that day . Due to his expertise, I came out OK. Had I waited , I would have been in serious medical trouble. I am grateful for Doctor Goldsmith and the work that he does at his clinic. While I had a great experience while Dr. Ivan Goldsmith was there, he kept my weight under control so other medical issues were also under control, since this new guy took over, its been awful. Last time I went (May of 2019) they asked me to pay for 3 month prescription which I did. They told me they could only give me 2 month and I should come back for the 3rd. OK, no problem. When I went back I was expected to again pay for an appointment just to get the prescription that I had already paid for. When I said forget it, just credit my account, it was 3 weeks before I got a fake receipt (there is no money attached to the refund). I am now going to give the info to my attorney. I'm so done with this guy. I feel bad for the office girls, all of them are great! But this guy.....something wrong with him...... Also I still did not get my $175.00 refund....they sent me a fake receipt. I'm sending this review to Dr. Goldsmith as well, maybe he still has some clue what's going on with a business that still bears his name even though he sold it.....and is now ripping people off. read more

I just had one of the worst experiences from that office I could imagine. The only reason I am taking time out of my day to write this is because it was such a bad experience I didn't know who to reach out to and elaborate personally. Every since dr. Ivan Goldsmith sold the practice, it's clearly not the same. I had to get paperwork filled out for my employment. When I first called to schedule the appointment the receptionist grilled me about my insurance; as they don't take the same insurances as previously. I gladly obliged and we confirm that my insurance would be accepted there. When I arrive to my surprise the staff didn't greet me. I guess they're so used to regulars and not gaining new business that they figured I should know the routine without them having to use their words and communicate with one like a human being. To be fair the nurse who took me back was pleasant. I also was there to renew my medical card. As the new doctor butchers my name and introduces himself I quickly find out they want to charge me $200 some odd dollars for the renewal. Total rip off btw. She tells me its the same price for the 1 or 2yr renewal ... lol whatever you say. As I declined the horrible deal and after complications and confusion on my employment paperwork (in which I pray goes through successfully); I proceeded to checkout. I go with intentions to pay my copay per usual when I visit, in which I was drilled about before coming mind you. As I await in the lobby area the rude adolescent at the desk yells from the other side of the door "are you ready" I directly asked her if "are you ready" means it's time to check out please come here. The total disrespect and disregard of my business with them was baffling. To my surprise I am charged $75. The silly rude girl could care less about the situation I just experienced and inform me that I wasn't using my insurance. She continued to feed me bs about the paperwork is charged separately somehow. Even if that is truly the case that communication was lack thereof. I could have went to the ER and paid $75 bucks smh lol. Long story short don't waste your time or money here. I usually don't even write these check my profile. I have been the type of guy who struggles with weight loss, so I go to trim spa, my wife takes me and says I will pay for it, I thought if she is going to lay down $400, for once in my life I will get serious. So, I get on the plan, trust me you do have to change the way you eat, you must do your part, right!.? I thought to myself this is going to be easy and easy it is once I made up my mind, it was smooth sailing. I went from 3500 calories a day to under 1,000, and I'm not even hungry, I found out how to find the taste in the food I eat. My first 10 days, I lost 11 pounds, the following week 2 pounds, the next week 5 pounds, and my fourth week 6 pounds.
