The attendant is a total jerk! I went around 9 pm to pay by cash because the machine was not responding to "Insert Card or Remove Nozzle to start filling". The attendant was missing. Upon calling him by saying hello I heard some sound could not decipher. The door supposedly to his restroom was closed, with no notes or the bell to ask for a service. Upon seeing me he claimed he responded by saying "wait" which I did not hear. When I explained that because of the closed door no can hear him, he said, "I don't care". This is the typical attitude of the society/culture this attendant comes from. Something needs to be done to teach him a lesson. Wonder what are the regulations if any for this kind of bad business and rude behavior. read more

this review is NOT on the gas station part of this place...its the service station attendant i have the issue with. I tried to search for the service station name, but couldn't find one on yelp. so when i was done getting gas, my car wouldn't start. The guy next to me could hear my car not turn over, so I guess he started looking for cables in his trunk...tear no luck. he said he would stick around to see if the service station would let me use their set. so i go in, i see no one, so i said "hellllloooo" and this guy comes out from nowhere, and was like "what?" a little rude, but i shrugged that off. i told him i just got done getting gas, and tried to start my car when it wouldn't kick over." he then says "...so" again i thought rude, but asked if i could borrow some cables so the other guy could help me. he responded with "i don't have any cables you can use." in my head i'm like this is a service center....why wouldn't you all have cables??!?!?! but i thought OK, this guy has been giving me smart remarks, what if this is another one. so i ask "ok, well...i don't know the name of it, but do you have one of those machine things that doesn't need another car to help in the jump start process?" he looks at me and mumbles something, but all i hear is "ten dollars" ....i kinda look at him with a tilted head cuz i wasn't sure if he was serious or joking. then he said again and with a louder harsh tone "ten dollars" ok.....REALLY?!?!?!? w0w...after i spend like $60 for gas this guy wants money. i tell him well, i don't have any cash, fool was like "then i cant help you" and goes on his way. im just like w0w what an a$$!!!~ so here i am...car dead at pump numba 3 asking other gas pumpers if they by chance have a cables to help jump my car cuz i don't have cash to give what his attendant. eventually i get a guy who has cables who is willing to help me...15-20 min later :( read more

This posting is for Ali, the mechanic side, not the gas station and store. I had a smog repair and Ali was the nicest person, understanding, and was very helpful in fixing my problem. He fit me into his busy schedule, suggested reasonable fixes and after returning twice (needed to drive 50 miles to have the new part adjust), I was fixed. Although it was late in the afternoon and he was closing for the day, he took care of me. He explained everything and was once of the nicest and poliest person I ever met. This gas station also has full car servicing, break tune up, smog check, oil change and lot more. Ali has lots of experience and he gives honest estimation. I went to several Toyota service centers to do 60,000 miles service on my car and didn't find a better deal. He deals with American, Europian and Japaneese cars. I definitely recommend this service station. Also, If you find his business on yelp he gives extra 5% on any service. read more

Great Job done. Had 100,000 mile routine check-up for my Honda Odyssey here. He not only checked the car but also test drived the car to find out issues. He replaced timing belt, ignition coil, transmission belt, and the pump for steering wheel and ground the break disk that was consistently making noise. I took two days for the replacement and my car is in good condition. I am enjoying the smoother steering of my driving wheel, quiet break, and better power. BTW, they gave Mercedes Benz as temporary car while my car was being fixed! It was quite an old Mercedes but I was surprised to have that. read more

I pointed out his error, and he got this irritated look on his face and gave me the missing $1.
