Location is good for the South Side - Buranda Centro shops are across the road from the PA hospital, with a bus stop right out the front. Several buses stop here (100, 110, 117, 124, 125, possibly more) but it's a little trickier by train - you have a bit of a walk from either Buranda or Dutton Park stations. There's a Terry White pharmacy right next door, as well as a discount pharmacy across the road. It's also walking distance to various diagnostic services (x rays, ultrasounds, etc.) so it's super handy! They have a registered nurse on the staff for immunisations and the like, and on certain days they also have QML Pathology for any blood or urine tests you might need.

The receptionist staff are switched on and friendly and there is a collection of doctors to attend to patients seven days a week. I live on the other side of town now but I still won't consider going anywhere else but Everton Plaza Medical Centre. The Centre is conveniently located between shops and within walking distance of public transport. There is also ample parking within the centre.

They also have a handy pathology lab upstairs and offer Bulk billing appointments (for those with health care cards.) If you're feeling poorly in the city these guys will help you get back on track.

I was then taken through and we had a chat about my lifestyle, medical history and current problems. A very detailed assessment was then carried out, and the chiropractor picked up on a couple of things that could not have been guessed that were happening with my heal. That made me even more curious about what this service could offer for me. At the same appointment i had some laser to help with a couple of extremely tight muscles that had inflammation. And then some adjustments. Whilst not lovely, the adjustments weren't horrific like I had been expecting. I came back a few days later for my report of findings. The chiropractor took time to go through it all in detail with me and allowed time for any questions that i may have. A recommended course of treatment was then explained but no obligation put on you as the patient to commit to things if they were too expensive. A plan that is both affordable and time manageable for you is worked out. The whole team come across as caring, passionate about what they do and empathetic to their patients conditions. The practice has HICAPS so private insurance claims can be made there and then. There are 2 chiropractors at this practice and they operate between Windsor and Stafford so you can pick which location is easiest for you. There are no private parking spaces, however there are a lot of spaces available in neighbouring streets ranging from 1-2 hours free parking.
