My experience with David suggests that he is a highly knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy…read morefinancial advisor. David was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of rolling my 401k accounts into an IRA at Wells Fargo Advisors. Since becoming a client of his, I have found his personal views on the economy and markets to be both accurate and actionable. He expressed a very bearish sentiment on U.S. stocks BEFORE the 2008 correction, thus enabling me to avoid severe losses. Moreover, he provides his service at a very competitive rate, returns my calls and email requests promptly and is a pleasure to work with. I believe that David has my best interests in mind and am confident that I'll continue seeking his advice throughout my career and retirement.

Each week a different topic was covered, all centered around retiring wise. During these 4 weeks I was blown away by all that I learned, and, I was even more impressed by Brad. You can tell he is extremely passionate about sharing his knowledge of finances. After the series ended, each participant was offered a 1 hour free consultation with Brad. I was so impressed by Brad that I signed up for the consultation immediately. Since the initial consultation with Brad I have also met Adam. Talk about the dream team. These guys know their stuff and it is obvious that they love what they do, and they love helping people gain knowledge about the confusing world financial planning. Their team is equally as proficient. The tools they have to make accessing your accounts as well as accessing them are really useful. The best part is that when I moved to Hawaii from California, they are still able to manage my account and work with me and the time difference between us. Top notch in my book!

Mr. Keeley had bought our accountants business. At the time he did not live in the state and told…read moreus how he would be moving his business here. We wanted him to tidy up our books, help change our filing status for our business and help with a transfer to QBO. But we were fed lines of crap on why he couldn't help. We switched firms for the 2025 tax season. When they were reviewing and prepping our books for taxes they found several things that should have been corrected a while ago and wondered why we were filing as an LLC and hadn't got a S Corp status. Well we were told we could only apply for S Corp status during a certain time, and we had missed it. Well come to find out that's not true. He could have saved our business a lot of money but he chose not to. Mr. Keeley has "offices"(he's not there and not staffed) in many states. He doesn't go the extra mile for his customers, he barely makes the block. He doesn't want to do your taxes if he doesn't do your books, but I didn't feel comfortable with that considering he never seemed to want to help or answer the phone. He's big on AI help, so that's who answers his phone. If I had a question I was given a very vague response as this was his way of persuading me to let him do the bookkeeping, basically saying I couldn't do it without him. My opinion you could get the same service using turbo tax and would be a hell of a lot cheaper. I would find someone who is more hands on and honest.
