A take a right and you are over the road and into a huge food court/movie complex. A little further on though a narrow walkway and it opens up onto another huge area of shops. Wow! For a "city centre" shopping mall this is pretty impressive. So far the easiest shopping centre to get to (no free buses required here) just a few stops away from Stephansplatz and directly outside Kagran station. All the main stores and chains are here as well, including the aforementioned Cinema and food hall. Such interesting food options include SUBWAY, a crêpe stand and Wok Ice! Very varied options. Well lit and bright and clean this has got to be my favourite shopping centre as yet in Vienna.

There are leather-like chairs and a couch and there is also a built-in aquarium with nice fish for waiting children to see - great idea. No crazy guards annoying customers, super! But the shopping center suffers a bit, because of the U1-station Kagran right at the opposite street and the people that hang around there. People, women with small children, children alone and handicapped have to enter the doorways whilst drunkards, all kinds of weirdos are almost preventing them from entering the underground station, some even ask, almost force you to give them some money - THAT keeps customers from coming and buying! Besides THAT is a very very bad reputation for the city of Vienna!!! The shopping center is still great, but be careful on the way to go there!!! The guards should not be in the center, but at the U1-station!!!!

From the second floor there is a large bridge leading to the banks of the Danube. Could be one of the nicest sights from a shopping centre anywhere. The centre itself is quite small and rambling over 5 floors in 3 separate buildings. There is a large UCI cinema here and a Holmes place gym and Monkey play centre for the kids on the fifth floor reached by one of the quickest elevators I've ever been in. There are plenty of eateries here including a Subway and TGI Fridays and various shops of the slightly cheaper variety. Also a largish Saturn too. My tip is that if you live near to the centre then its worth going to pay a visit but there are nicer shopping centres a little further outside of the centre of town.

I could spend hours here just exploring the unique stores we don't have in the U.S. I love visiting Primark (the European ones are always better) and all the little shops and restaurants. This is the third time I visited the G3…read more Well, the Shuttle Bus Service has been adapted which is a big "Plus". On Fridays and Saturdays the intervalls are 15 minutes which is great. There are still lots of people waiting, but it is much better as people are also allowed to board the bus while waiting as soon as the bus arrives. The bus guard on Friday evening (January 10th, 2014) was great, very helpful, attentive to people showing great language skills, too. During the ride there are very helpful announcements concerning the shopping center. You also learn that the free shuttle service is additional to the regular local bus lines, Well this is another big "Plus" as there has never been such an information neither on the Internet nor somewhere else around the bus lines or the center and it was also not possible to use them to go there. Besides you learn that the energy by which the resort is run is bio-energy. Lots of wood is used as construction material which gives the whole construction a warm touch. This is also very helpful for people working at the G3! ATTENTION!! The local bus lines stop at the country lane Seyring B7/G3 Shopping Resort in front of the shopping center. Post bus 1010 (431(, 1012 (431) as well as Dr. Richard's bus lines 7552, 426 and 420. All bus terminals are at train station Floridsdorf respectively at the "Floridsdorfer Spitz". The washrooms, the kindergarden "Tree House" as well as the main places offering "waterfalls" as playgrounds for the children and rest areas for the adults are still the highlights. The big "Minus - Bus Shuttle Service" has been turned into a big "Plus", wow!!!! Hats off for a customer-friendly reaction that also saves lives (injured people at the bus stop at the beginning because of fights for seats on the bus"!!!!

It's part of Vienna's large bus depot and is a nice and safe place to hang out while waiting for your departure. I grabbed a good Viennese style coffee at a little kiosk in the middle of the mall, I used the clean and FREE toilets, and I perused the large supermarket inside for snacks to take on my journey. There isn't much in the way of stores but if you need toiletries or clothing, you'll find it here. Big chain brands include H&M and Geox but there are plenty of little indie and European shops too. Take note that there are a ton of different exits so I suggest upon arrival you 1. take time to locate your bus platform and 2. watch out exactly where you exit the mall. We tried to catch an Uber back to our hotel after arriving here and we had two drivers give up due to sheer frustration. Walk a block away from the Center and it's easier for taxis or Uber drivers to find you because the huge structure interferes with their GPS.

This place has basic things people would need but not a competitor for bug shopping centers or…read moreplaces in Vienna. Great use for people who live near it but I would not travel from one side of Vienna for this place.
