The chain has good food but this location in particular sucks. Everyone who works here acts like they hate being alive. I accidentally made an order at this location instead of the broad street one, when I called to let them know I had made the mistake the waitress on the phone (sounded like an older, asian woman maybe?) told me to "F**k off" and slammed the phone down, lol! Broad street location is 100% better. Waitresses there are all young girls who are always smiling. This location is just a mess. read more

Terrible customer experience. I attempted to order pizza from pizza pizza however Trifon's number is online instead. They refused to refund my money back and are clearly taking advantage of the situation. The manager was incredibly rude and spoke over me the entire time. I finally just gave up and hung up after being miss treated/ abused over the phone. read more

IF YOU THINK YOU'RE ORDERING FROM PIZZA PIZZA ON 3 block ALBERT ST N IN REGINA YOU AREN'T!!! I was simply ordering the kids cheese pizza from Pizza Pizza tonight like every Saturday. I ordered an XL cheese pizza. She never gave me a total over the phone and I didn't hear her say Trifon's when I called. Apparently the phone numbers are wrong on Google. Not my problem. My 4 and 5 year old were happy pizza came so I didn't tell the guy he was the wrong restaurant. I called the restaurant back. The lady who answered tried her best to help but the manager referred to me as a thief. Said what's stopping me from doing this again. Lol. Asshole. All I said was it would've cost me $20 instead of $50. It's not my fault that they're false advertising on Google as someone they aren't. It ended up I kept the pizza but I told them they were getting this review and I'd never order from them again. Dirty thieves is what they amount to. read more

Unfortunately, they didn't speak very good English either one of the two working, which is probably why my order was wrong But if they would've read my order back to me, I could've made the correction. They didn't confirm my order or tell me an amount. When I went to pick up , he didn't offer any napkins and didn't talk at all during the payment transaction. I had to ask for a receipt and I said, have a nice day and he just turned away from me and walked away. Just no customer service skills. I've been in restaurant 35 years and I sure hope that Pizza Hut does some secret shopper calls just to see how the company is being represented. The food of course was delicious, but everything is always made the same way. Cant mess that up.

She obviously had a bad day but usually you apologize for that (especially to an innocent customer). Told management, didn't get an apology, and haven't been back since. I was completely nice and professional when I told the manager too. Trust me as someone who has bartended alot of customers would have made a BIG SCENE. Never asked for a discount of a gift card (as scammers do) it was just about courtesy and respect. I had gone here for years and spent a lot of money (and never had any issues or bothered anyone). That's how you treat regulars? Wanted to let it go but I just needed an apology, that's it. Do the owners think this is acceptable because some of the clientele there is rough? Do they think it's appropriate for staff to basically hit customers who are minding their own business and not even say sorry? It's silly that after taking to the manager and sending an email I got no apology or response in the latter case. Any respectable chain or restaurant would have done so. That's why I posted this, because they think this is fine.
