The walls are sick so you don't hear any outside noise And windows are double pain so you could let sunshine come in and not the heat. The grounds are beautiful and it is improving even more since Stormy became the manager. The office is so friendly with comfortable chairs and a cappuccino machine and coffee and snack and decorated so cheerful. Any concerns are addressed on the spot. I would highly recommend everything about living here. Also it is dog friendly and there is a small dog park and a beautiful pool and gym and gas barbecue grills at the fantastic pool. I think the office staff really adds a special homie caring environment! Compared to rentals in Boynton Beach it is very fair pricewise. I love living here.‍

Shortly after I received an email from the President of Banyan, one Mike Quinn, not to apologize for the poor performance of his employee and company but rather to summon me to call him so that he could have the opportunity to defend his company and employee - essentially, "calling me to the principal's office". Mr. Quinn's "summons" was ignored. I wish my HOA would drop Banyan. The HOA over at Sun Terrace at the Oaks did and I'm sure they're happy about it.
