I will NEVER go back to Trident Hospital and Charleston Radiology for any service because of their billing incompetence. I had an MRI there 6 months ago and the billing has been a nightmare. Some how my address was put on the billing incorrectly. I never got a bill. Now I'm getting phone calls every few days for the bills that were sent to collections. I paid at the time of service and thought everything was ok. I NEVER got a bill. I called them and waited on hold for 3 hours one day and 5 hours the next. They told me they had the wrong address. They never tried to call me about the bill just sent me to collections. We have had similar problems with billing for services my husband obtained. BEWARE it is a nightmare.
