I love this office... from the first call... I sent a request online and about two hours later…read morereceived a phone call. I was able to explain to them why I was interested in switching to their office... listened to my needs and made me feel as if it was a good choice.... the day before I received a call to confirm and also a text msg which was perfect communication... the day of the appointment as I was walking though the door Bailey (my daughter) was already been greeted. They directed most of their attention to my daughter... made her feel very comfortable.... when we went to the back it was more then I excepted.... everything... the area, the dentist assistants and the dentist was all kid friendly. Even tho my Little has to get use to the dentist they were very patient with her and understanding... been a dental Assistant myself they still explained everything to me very detailed. As we left... bailey got to win a prize which was really cool. Kinda wished I could be seen by that clinic lol... oh and we are Military Tori care Prime United... they do not accept that insurance but they accept Military and give us the same discount the regular United offer which is t too bad. If you want a doctor who I pushy about vaccinations and will not compromise their orthodox approach, don't come here. I am floored to see so many ungrateful parents whining about wait times and "rude staff". I assure you that I drove almost 3 hours to this clinic and everyone was very professional. This place was a dream come true. All of the information I needed was provided to me when I asked for it. My wait time was not extensive at all. They did not lose my Childs appointment. My child's very first visit to this office was an absolute dream. It was my very first time there. I happily paid all of the fees. I will definitely be bringing my other 3 children here for healthcare from now on! And by the way, Dr. Caldwell and the DNP here are amazing. They're dedicated to keeping children safe and healthy. The nurses have plenty of knowledge to give sound advice. So the staff there don't answer phones and close and lock the doors on a day that is clearly marked on the door that is open.
