I've never had to deal with unprofessionalism from a therapist or nurse practitioner prior to thrive works. Armeshia Lawrence is very unprofessional, I had a really bad experience and don't wish that on anyone. Since we started working together I noticed something was off but I gave it multiple chances. She doesn't acknowledge you, she doesn't make you feel like she's really there for you. She's there for a pay check and that is very unfortunate. Also, apparently she only checks her email once a week, since she has other things in place taking her time. The last appointment we had she hung up the zoom meeting in my face after I told her I think we aren't a good fit to work together. Choosing someone to help you with your mental health, especially medication is extremely important and can be hard to find, But atleast have the decency to have good customer service and represent thrive works in a good and professional manner. There are more disappointments I have but I'll leave it at this. Get your moneys worth and go else where, with people who are really there to help you AND are more experienced and knowledgeable on what they are doing. This is your life and your mental health on the line.
