I had a tattoo done at Tribo in May 2018 by a guest artist there. I went to him because he spoke fluent English, was told he could do a watercolor tattoo for me, and did excellent work on other people.
However, my tattoo turned out to be far different than I imagined (I know that's to be expected, but the colors were not watercolor and there was a thick outline, which I thought I made clear I didn't want).
I wanted to go back for a touchup to fix the colors, but the guest artist moved away. So, I tried to get the colors fixed numerous times by another artist there because I liked his style and color work.
I saw him for a consultation where he seemed confident he could do it. Then, I made an appointment and only 2 hours before the appointment, he canceled due to "illness." I tried to get another appointment with him very soon after that because I was leaving Prague, but he was "booked" and couldn't do it. No one cared that I needed this done and they didn't offer any other option than to "contact me when someone canceled." They never did.
I then tried to make another appointment with this artist in August (long story short, my plans changed and it turned out I could get it done way later), but he told me he was "no longer comfortable doing it."
I'm very disappointed not only with my tattoo, but with this establishment. They have poor customer service and don't care about you after you get your tattoo done and have paid. They are not friendly and they are not understanding about any concerns or issues you have. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
