Mediocre. They…read morewashed our house and roof back in August. The workers were courteous and polite. They washed the house first and then the roof (which of course meant that all the roof cleaning chemicals dripped back onto the house and windows) and they had to be asked to rinse it off the windows and house afterwards. About halfway through the roof, one of their pumps broke and they had to leave. They finished the next day and had I had to argue with them to clean the mud off the bricks that their estimator had promised would be done. Once the house dried off, it was obvious that they had missed a spot in the middle of the roof. we also started to notice that the grass next to the road where their equipment was parked had started to die. They promised to come out in 3 weeks to finish the roof and put something on the grass to restore it. Three weeks later one of their trucks did show up and stayed for less than an hour. We didn't see them do anything though. The pictures below were taken in November. Not pictured are the several ornamentals and ferns planted around the house that were killed by the bleach and other chemicals used. The house and roof look better than they did but I don't think we'll be using them again.

I got bids from several companies through Yelp and ABS was the most readable quote. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

They did a pathway for a relative and I was very impressed with their work, and decided to have them quote some work for me. I had Olmedo Home Services do three things. Mulch, trimming of large shrubs and lawn aeration. They did a great job at a fair price. Very professional. Great communications during the process.
