I called Ohio Valley C&P, they were working on another job, but said they'd be out as soon as they could. They arrived sooner than anticipated. They were so nice and professional and had the faucet replaced in no time. They charged, what I considered, a very fair price - especially in comparison to what I have been charged for previous plumbing jobs. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

I had other contractors come out who told me I needed to replace the entire system, which would have cost thousands of dollars. Chris came out, actually took the time to properly test and diagnose the system, and found that the problem was a leak at a Schrader valve. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new system, he explained that we could repair the issue, recharge the system, and get everything back up and running. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and very good at diagnostics. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I also had a few small issues that needed addressed afterward, and he came back out and took care of them for almost nothing. It's hard to find contractors who are this knowledgeable and trustworthy and aren't just looking to sell you the most expensive option. If you're looking for excellent HVAC work at a very competitive price, I highly recommend Sensible Air. Chris serviced my home in Adams County, Ohio, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
