I golf there every summer with friends in a scramble tournament and the Forest Hills is always a good host, and you can tell they truly appreciate the business. At the clubhouse, they have a 19th hole bar on the lower level and Izzo's restaurant on the top level. You're only a mile or so west of Detroit Lakes, but you can also rent rooms at the resort. Staff was great. The clubhouse is quite small and not a lot to choose from for eating and drinks. No drink cart. No water on the course. No GPS in carts.
