The first sales appt took about an hour, the third time was about 30 minutes. I already knew I was buying WW windows again, so measuring and writing a check took about 30 minutes. Around 2009 WW replaced windows on the main floor of my home (old, old home built 1929, big, messy windows). 5-6 years later WW replaced basement windows (again existing windows were messy) and 2020 WW replaced 2nd floor windows. In 2019 WW repaired a mechanism on a window on the first floor. The repair was done the same day that I requested a work order. In 2020, while installing 2nd floor windows, WW fixed another mechanism on a first floor window, 3 minutes, no charge. Installers Joe R and Joe Otherone are excellent. They work well together and they do excellent work and you don't have to worry about them being in your home. You could send them to your grandma's house to work and have no worry about upsetting grandma. I just can't believe that anyone would not be more than satisfied with WW - salesman isn't pushy, excellent product, excellent installers, they don't make a mess and they don't leave a mess. I've recommended WW several times and I will continue to recommend WW. A subsequent representative identified holes in the flashing around my siding that allowed water intrusion, which I ultimately had to repair myself. Despite that experience, I decided to purchase another approximately $10,000 in windows because I liked the product and initially trusted the company. That trust quickly disappeared. After confirming a 12-4 p.m. appointment for someone to measure the windows, a representative showed up at approximately 7:30 a.m., repeatedly ringing my Ring doorbell and knocking until I woke up. When I questioned why he was there hours before the scheduled appointment, his response was argumentative rather than professional. The situation escalated when he entered my home while I was getting dressed after being unexpectedly awakened. He then slammed my door, damaging the door and an 18th-century stained-glass window, and left without resolving the situation. After spending this much money with a company, I expect proper installation, respect for my home, and basic professionalism. Instead, I've dealt with installation problems, water intrusion, scheduling issues, property damage, and extremely poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Champion Windows.

I fell for it and I will say I am…read morenot at all happy with the quality of the replacement windows for the following reasons: 1) The screens on the windows for my sunroom are so loose they literally flop in the wind. I have contacted the company multiple (at least 5 times) since the installation in November 2022 and have not received ANY return calls, let alone resolution. They tell me they'll call back, but have not. 2) The windows taken out were insulated and taped to assist in insulation. The window replacements had NO insulation and were not taped. The very small fine print does say "no insulation" is included with the installation, so my fault for believing the owner/sales person this would be included. 3) NONE of the paperwork other than the work order were supplied to me either at the time of signing the contract (the owner/sales person was supposed to send them to me after he got back to the office to make copies - never received them - no explanation). 4) Related to 3 above - it is questionable that the discounts that were supposed to be applied to my windows were applied. For $13,000, I got nine single pane windows and a whole lot of hassle. I had to plug the holes in the new window frames myself. The holes are necessary with replacement windows, but I would have assumed the installers would cover the 4 half-inch holes in each of the windows. Nope - cold air was literally just gussing in. The sound insulation is way worse than the windows I had replaced. I'd asked before purchasing for double-pane but was told these replacement windows would perform BETTER than double-pane....they don't. The ONE absolutely good thing was that the lead installer came out on a weekend and insulated the windows in pretty cold weather to make me happy. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. The sales pitch is very misleading; the installation was good except for the lack of insulation/taping; the follow up on problems is non-existent; and the fact that you aren't given paperwork to show what you paid for and how much (other than the work order) is a deal-breaker. Don't pay this company until you are sure you have everything covered you want. Once they get your money, you'll not see them or hear from them again. Added Note: They WILL (supposedly) give you a discount if you leave a good review for them on Yelp. I'm not even sure they did that.
