Most of the complaints I have heard from other residents are often things that happen in whatever setting you live in that is a community (so pretty much everywhere) Nothing in life is free or remains the same cost forever, which is what I hear a lot of complaints about.
I also feel that more involvement from the residents is crucial. If you are not involved in solutions, you are part of the problem! I have been in management roles for most of my career (in the medical industry, not mobile home) and I would always advise my staff that if you come to me with a problem, that is a problem. If you come to me with a problem and some possible ideas or solutions, we can work on fixing it. Too many people just complain.
I think Tri-Star is a great community and have been here for several years and its simple. Follow the rules, pay on time, and respect each other and each others property. Keep up your home and yard and if you follow the rules, you will be happy here too! read more
