This is the place to go in the region of Ulm/Neu-Ulm for fans of special bicycles: Recumbent bikes, trikes, tandems, pedelecs, cargo bikes, foldables, custom sizes and accessories. Extra loud bell, water proof bag, unusual chainring, etc. you name it: They will have something or get it for you and know how to handle it. While they excel in technical proficiency and are quite friendly in attitude, management may leave room for improvement. You may find yourself needing some patience before you get your issue across or even get noticed in their crammed shop. It will be worth the hassle, though.
