My…read moregorgeous band was purchased elsewhere and I had Sierra West mount the 3 carat center stone I purchased from them. I never received the appraisal that was promised upon completion so I could not get insurance. After ONE year a prong broke and my center stone completely fell out. My heart was shattered. I reached out to Fred and was told I should have gotten my prongs checked twice a year. That would have been good to know before it was too late. He offered to replace it with a CZ and so generously wave the $50 charge. If you don't want to be gutted like I was, I would recommend going to another jeweler for custom work but if you do decide to trust these people insist upon more than 4 prongs being used to hold your investment together and make sure they give you the appraisal so you can get INSURANCE. I was so disappointed in the entire experience I decided to purchase a replica under $100 and it has lasted years now without a single issue. Price really doesn't matter, the craftsmanship (or lack thereof) does.

I called to inquire and the in house gemologist was working that day. She said to swing on by and she would do a cleaning and approximation evaluation free of charge. I was really happy with my service and how I was treated by all of the staff in the store. They have a lot of very beautiful pieces and I hope one day to get a cross necklace or a ring from them. The showroom is small and clean but well staffed and well stocked with inventory. Prices seemed reasonable given the quality and craftsmanship but what do I know?
