I was in there about three weeks ago to get a tattoo from Lance. It was a last minute decision but…read moreit was worth it. It came out beautifully. My father has passed just a few days before and a tattoo seemed a good way to process the loss. I wasn't impressed with the "customer service" though. It seemed like an inconvenience for them to schedule an appointment. They treated me like they were retail workers just earning a paycheck instead of proudly being an artist. But even though I didn't feel welcome, I felt Lance would do the job well. And he did!! I love my tattoo. I have 10 now and this new one is probably the prettiest with clean lines and amazing shading. It's my only black and white tattoo and now I want more black/white art on my body. I'm going to be back at the end of May with my best friend from California for my 30th high school reunion. She wants to get a tattoo with me there. I'm a little hesitant because I didn't feel welcome BUT I think Lance is very talented. He's not great at customer service but I might be able to look past that like I did last time. Overall, I LOVE my tattoo. It will always be for my Father, even though he hated tattoos. Thanks again Lance.

After hearing many great things about this tattoo parlor I stopped in and was connected with Ash (@ashcyclopedia on Instagram) and after about 10 minutes of talking ideas and concepts I just felt a comfort I have really never felt with a tattoo artist over the past 3 years during my search... I liked his thoughts based on my ideas and I booked an appointment... its been 5 days since I sat for my 2nd tattoo and I have no regrets... Ash did a helluva job and I couldn't be happier with the result... my base idea and the vision he brought to it have made this tattoo a stand out that I'm proud to wear... If you are looking to get some ink I STRONGLY recommend you make the time to stop by and discuss with the artists there and set that appointment... I'm pretty positive you'll be pleased with the result

We've been customers of Dubs since he was an apprentice. When they moved to Jordan, my mother, Fiancé, and I visited (without an appointment as many do) and were greeted by a very disgruntled young lady who was not kind or welcoming AT ALL. She huffed and puffed, asked what we wanted, said we could sit down, nobody was there, just wait. Some cop walked in- she was SUPER DUPER friendly with him- then Dub walked in and her demeanor completely changed. She introduced herself, "Hi, my names Jules- how can we help you today?" Wow! Talk about whiplash! So we focused our energy on Dub. He introduced me to Nila and showed me her work. I paid a deposit to hold an artist, but no appointment was ever booked, no artist time was used, and no design work was created. The artwork was entirely my own, and I simply decided to change the design before moving forward. Despite this, I was told my deposit was "forfeited" due solely to changing my design - even though no services had been provided and no work had begun. The shop refused to refund the deposit until I involved an attorney, at which point the money was returned. I'm sharing this so future clients understand how deposits are handled here. Transparency and fairness matter, especially in an industry built on trust. We even donated to Nila's benefit when her house burned down. This is how you treat the people in the community that build you back up? What a shame.
