From the moment we met with him, we knew we were in exceptionally capable hands. Scott Jaske was knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly generous with his time and expertise. He listened carefully to the details of our situation and helped us understand what was truly important, how to approach the case, and how to present ourselves clearly and effectively in court. Because it was a small claims case, Scott Jaske could not appear in court with us, but his guidance absolutely went with us. We walked into the courtroom feeling prepared, organized, and confident because of the advice he had given us--and we won our case. What impressed us just as much as Scott Jaske's legal knowledge was the kindness and professionalism with which he treated us. He has a wonderful ability to take a stressful and complicated situation and bring clarity, perspective, and reassurance to it. We are incredibly grateful for his help and truly believe his guidance contributed significantly to the positive outcome of our case. We would recommend Scott Jaske without hesitation to anyone looking for an attorney who is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely cares about the people he is helping. Thank you, Scott. We will always be grateful for what you did for us.

I learned it is illegal to negotiate a stipulation without the client taking part. After Penner I was unrepresented a few months before I had a new attorney.
